Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:
- Two day service, add $9.95
- Next day service, add $19.95
- Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

not comfy, but cute

Ordered a sample, complete with cushion to see if my long search for comfortable and nice-looking counter stools could be at an end. The stools were cute, but not at all comfortable, even with cushions. Also, the wrought iron look is great, but there are no pads on the bottom of the legs which would definitely be an issue with tile in any kitchen. If all you're looking for is a cute showpiece, it's fine, but it's definitely not for an active kitchen!

Oriental look, sturdy

These stools with their elegant, Oriental look and sturdy frames are perfect on my deck. I ordered the 13inch round cushions for them. We take our drinks out there in the evening and relax above the water on our new stools. Several of my artist friends have been struck by their design.

Stylish, sturdy product

Love these stools! Our kitchen stools get A LOT of use and must be sturdy. Past wooden stools have always broken after a few years - these are made of sturdy iron and are all one piece, so no loose joints or wobbly screws. Some reviewers have noted that the seats are too small, but we haven't found that to be the case. They are surprisingly comfortable.

Excellent Find

This stool is incredible!!! It looks like a sculpture. I have an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room all together and they complement all three areas although I'm using them as kitchen counter seating. They look great and could be used with both comtemporary and traditional decor are good quality and very comfortable.
