Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:
- Two day service, add $9.95
- Next day service, add $19.95
- Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

Beautiful Plaque

I, too, have been admiring this piece for some time, and finally ordered with a coupon I received. Others have had complaints about the piece being too dark, and the lettering not showing up. I was fearful of this but ordered anyway, but thankfully, mine was great! My only complaint is that one side was slightly warped, and therefore, the piece does not hang flush on the wall even using all four hangers. Otherwise, great piece from a great store!

I can't say enough about the Pruvost Plaque. The size is very impressive, and the quality is outstanding. Its hard to believe that the plaque is not a true antique ! It shipped safely to my door but I needed help to hang it. Just another fabulous product from Ballard Designs. Thank you !

I was very pleased with the plaque. I had admired it in the catalog for some time but finally found the perfect place for it above a bed in a guest room I am redecorating. It has nice details and is a substantial piece. I used two molly bolts to hang it.

Solid piece, beautiful shape

This plaque is solid. Kind of heavy to hang but has attached hooks. Took me less than 10 minutes to hang. I love the shape of it. But, the paint is darker than the picture portrays it and it makes the writing on the plaque very difficult to read.
