perfect carry all for our new beachhouse!!
We are building a new beach house as our first one was destroyed in Hurricane. I needed something for each person - carry towels,baby toys, groceries, etc. These
baskets are perfect. I would recommend this basket to anyone - also great price.

Exceeds my expectation
I ordered this basket for my sewing room and it is perfect. The size is great for a laundry basket and it holds its shape perfectly even when it is empty.

Beautiful, useful basket!
I liked the Provence Market Basket so much that I ordered two in different colors. They are strong and well made, as well as very beautiful. I am discovering more ways to use it the longer I have it. Great item!

Provence Market Basket
The basket was a pleasant surprise. Much larger than I expected. Very sturdy construction - Holds all my unfinished knitting/crocheting projects. Doesn't take up too much space, as it is very deep. Packed well and arrived quickly.

Simply perfect!
I purchased two of the gray baskets because they looked so attractive but had no real thought of how I was going to use them. Well......they were simply made to hold the my decorative bed pillows. The ones that make the bed look fabulous but are a real pain to take off and store every night. These large but light looking baskets hold all the pillows at night and simply stand by the night tables during the day looking pretty. I love this purchase (and the price).

Great Sturdy Basket!
This basket is very versatile and easy to use. I use it for carrying my dirty laundry to the laundry room and back after it's been washed. It could just as easily be used for holding blankets or magazines. It's easy to carry and sturdy. Love it!

Love this basket
I needed a basket that could carry a lot! This basket carries a very full load of laundry plus some. This basket is even better than I expected. It's very attractive and super functional what more can anyone ask for. I may order a couple more. Just love it! And arrived very quickly.

I bought this as a registry gift. It's a big sturdy basket, meant to sit on the floor. It was so much nicer than it appears on the website. The dark wash is a great color.

Beautiful basket
This basket arrived today and it is beautiful. They had it in stock so it arrived less than a week after I ordered it. Mine has no rough spots, is very sturdy and I look forward to many years of use from it whether I use it as a laundry basket, a catch all in the family room or as a decorative piece. I highly this product.

Nice basket
Well made product, muted black, nice size. I almost didn't purchase because some people said it didn't look as though it was made as well as the natural basket. But it is. I'm glad I didn't take their advise.Its just because its dyed.

Great size and structure
I purchased light and dark baskets and like them both. Ample size for magazines and will be using one for laundry. Very pleased that it holds its shape. I did think it would be more flexible and bend more easily, but that fact that it doesn't does not change how I intend to use them.

nice looking
This is an attractive large basket that is very useful for a wide variety of possible uses. The problem with the basket was that some of the strings which weave the actual natural material together were cut. The basket had a huge open seam in it. Rather than send it back, I just glued it back together. Luckily, the seagrass is a material that takes glue well, and the basket has held up well.

A really pretty storage option

This basket has a soft look and is very sturdy.
This is such a beautiful basket. I have it next to my loveseat with rolled up throw blankets. I ordered the dark color and my daughter purchased the lighter one. The sides have a very soft look, but they are sturdy enough to stand up straight while filled with my blankets or her kids toys. I would absolutely recommend this basket.

Good value
This is a well-made basket, but a little more rustic looking than it appears in the photos (i.e., large weave and irregular in shape). It's also quite large, at least a third bigger than I expected. But I like it, and for the money it's a great value.

Wonderfully attractive storage solution
After reading some reviews, was afraid the dark wash would be too gray, but it's more of an "off-black" and combines perfectly with my new dark brown living room furniture. My ivory throws don't really match my new living room colors, so this basket is a perfect storage solution, keeping them close at hand without displaying them on the sofa. I've been pleased with everything I've ordered from Ballard throughout the years, but can say this basket is a really good value considering the size and attractive appearance. I'm ordering another one in the light color for the bedroom throws!

Nice basket
This is a nice basket that I plan to use for extra pillows/blankets in the family room. It was on back order for a very long time and was delayed a few times after that, so that was disappointing. Overall, it is a nice basket...maybe a little pricey for what it is but it looks nice.

Great catchall
This basket was much bigger than I expected in a good way! It's actually like another small piece of furniture. It has a great structure and is perfectly useful for holding anything you want to throw in it. Love it.

larger than i thought!
i tried ordering this last year, but there was a backup..
i love the shape, look of this basket but did not read the dimensons and it is much larger than i thought...but not to worry, i have found the perfect place for it...how about some in a smaller size? :)

Love it
I thought this was too good of a price as I had been shopping for baskets to throw a few blankets in in our living room for awhile- I expected to get it and have it be much smaller than I thought but its perfect! Love it. I got the darker color and would definitley recommend. Great basket and great price!

Great, sturdy basket!
I really like the sturdiness of this basket and the size. I am using it for backpacks, tennis racquets etc. It is big and has plenty of room for those types of items and looks like it will stand up to my kids throwing backbacks and whatnot in it.

practical yet really good looking
