Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

I was very excited to receive the baggage rack and upon initial inspection it met my expectations on color, size, etc. Unfortunately when I was setting up the shelf underneath, I noticed some splintered wood under one of the supports that would hold the actual luggage. I sent this rack back and am awaiting the exchange. I must say that Ballard made the return very easy, with the prepaid postage and ability to state exactly what was wrong with it on the return form vs. have to call/answer a bunch of questions. I am excited to see the replacement product and have my guests start using it!

Sorry to say I was very disappointed when I opened this package and saw what I had received. It is very flimsy with thin straps; not up to Ballard's usual standard.

I ordered the luggage rack in "antique white" and I was disappointed in the overall look of it. It looks more yellow than white and not very bamboo in appearance at all. I won't return it because it is in a guest closet where it can be functional. If I were putting it out to be seen, I would return it based on how "plastic" it looks. I wouldn't order it again.

Rack looks great in the catalog, real thing not so great!

The luggage rack is a nice height and seems deeper than most other racks and has a nice choice of colors. I loved the idea of the bottom shelf but it is very hard and tight to put on, I find it's not worth the trouble, since I don't want to keep it out all the time. I had to send back the first one, since no one could could the shelf to fit. So, without the shelf, it's like any other luggage rack.
