Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Better than expected!
I ordered two of these to attempt to control some of the paper clutter that comes into the house on a daily basis. They work very well for this. We installed them in the back hall where we enter the house and have delegated spots for each of us. It is helping so much on keeping the counters clearer. The pockets are deep and wide, so they hold lots of mail. They are sturdy and look beautiful in our Tuscan styled home. I highly recommend them.

love them so much, i bought more
last year i purchased two of the 4 pocket embossed organizers, and they have been such a god send keeping me organized with work. Well, now that i have taken on yet another managing position at work, I needed yet another set to keep those items in eye sight but organized so i always knew what was going on with those accounts. Plus, in my home office they look stunning. Can't rave enough about this product. The only thing i would suggest is, if you ever re-work item, i would make the pockets the tiniest bit wider so files easily can be pulled in and out. i've started placing them on their side so i have easier access. But all in all, i've purchased twice and couldn't be happier with my decisions. Wonderful product!!

looks great
this product really helps with organization, and looks good as part of the decor of the house. The only thing I would change is to make it a little less deep for easier access.

Good Quality
Really like this organizer. Bigger than I expected and a lot sturdier than I thought it'd be.
The color is pretty and the design is done well.
Overall - very happy with the product!
