Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

I love it -- it's perfect!! Elegant but not overdone.
I was looking for small, not-to-glitzy chandelier to hang over our bathtub and was about to think I may not find it. Thank you Ballard! The bronze was the perfect color and it makes our whole bath/dressing room look fabulous!!

Very pretty!
I have admired the look of the Talia chandelier for some time, but didn't have a place for it. We moved recently, and needed a chandelier over the dining table - and also at the front door (both chandeliers can be seen from certain vantage points so we looked for a matching set). I have the petite talia and the 6 arm in bronze. They are very pretty. They are formal without being over the top. I also like that they can be dressed-up with shades, etc. Right now, we are using frosted bulbs and no shades and the chandelier(s) look fantastic. Easy to assemble, hang and install. A great buy.

Perfect size, color and design. Lots of style and excellent quality!
Wow, what a stunning little chandelier, the perfect size for my small dining area. The proportions are so visually appealing and graceful, I just love it! Also, what a breeze to install, my first ever attempt at anything electrical (other than 'plug it in'). The directions were clear and simple to follow. Now I am on the hunt for fun and interesting shades to compliment the Seasons, my decor and dining themes, lots of decorating potential with this little gem!

Amazing!!
I purchased both the petite and the 6 arm and had them installed the same day! You cannot find a prettier fixture for the reasonable price, they are fabulous!!!!!
