Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

High qualtiy and great features for straging plates etc.
I love this product. I have 2 of them side by side. It stir wood. The small drawers for placemats etc. works perfectly. Design is very practical and very well thought trough. The color is really unique and goes both with dark and white furniture. the bottom drawers have a handy safety feature. You can only open one of them at the time. Which is good if the drawers are full of heavy kitchen utilities. I am so happy I bought this one it will be in the family for generations and that you cannot say very often from today’s furniture.

Love our Paulette Servers
We are so pleased with our servers! They are well made. The big drawers hold our heavy blender, mixers, you name it, with no problem. They have safety latches and gliders work smoothly. The thin drawers hold our placemats and napkins and little drawers are perfect for serving pieces. We have them separated on a wall in our breakfast area and will place a banquette between. We'll add our own lighting to each server.

Pretty piece
Excellent functionality, perfect size for our small space. The color is slightly greenish, more of a sage/grey and different than I expected. That was fine for our place, and goes great with our other pieces.
The only issue we had is that we paid the extra $100 for the in-home delivery, and even though it says that they don't put it together, we assumed that they would at least put the hutch on top of the base. They ended up doing it, but it was a fight to get that done. It would have been much nicer if they would have screwed the two pieces together for that price.
Drawers are great. The two small drawers have dividers, which is perfect for home office odds and ends. Love the way the bottom drawers close. They are roomy and perfect for the storage we need.
Overall a great piece.

LOVE THIS!
This piece is better than I expected. Excellent quality, sturdy and very roomy. Love the way the colors compliment my neutrals space. I bought 2 to sit on each side of a window and am very happy with my decision.
