Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Not as expected
I ordered these replacement cushions because of the description ('best quality you can find'). Most other stores only offered a 1 or 2 inch thickness on their cushions, and I liked the fact that they were covered in the Sunbrella fabric. The color description was 'Sand', but they are really a cream, almost a pale yellow color and don't look as nice as I had hoped with my chairs. I wish they were a true cream. They seem a little light weight which means they won't keep their shape for very long. I wish I had looked around more before I purchased these and paid for shipping.

Not a good value
I read the other reviews and even though they were less than perfect at the time I ordered I still ordered. I just loved the color and pattern of the fabric. When they arrived I was so disappointed. The fabric looked cheap and actually had strings hanging from the seams. The cushions were so poorly made. They certainly weren't comfortable. They were so thin and flimsy when you sat on them you sank down to the metal of the chair. I know you are thinking I probably need to diet but I am actually a very small person. These cushions are definitely not worth the money. I had to send them back. If you need quality save yourself the cost of shipping which turns out to be a pretty penny. Keep looking.

pretty but not comfortable
They look great but do not have enough cushion. Also why do they continue to think ties are the best way to attach these to a chair! The ones I replaced had velcro which was much easier than stupid ties.

Patio Chair Cushions
My recent order was for six patio chair cushions. I chose two patterns: 2 cushions covered in Sinclair Damask and 4 cushions covered in Arden Black. I loved the Arden Black but was disappointed in the color of the black used in the Sinclair Damask as it looks faded. Also, they did not seem as full as the 4 cushion covered in Arden Black.
Overall, the look is great and the quality of the cushions is very good.
