Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Not the thickness advertised
A bit dissapointed with the thickness of the cushions. Not quite sure how they say its 3 inches when it measures out to be 2. The fact that its not a cushion that you can see in person and have to take a leap of faith was a let down. The color and quality seem ok, but they look more like chair pads on our outdoor furniture. I really considered returning them for an alternative at another story where I could see and feel the thicker cushions. Unless they fix that I would not recommend this particular product.

Beautiful fabric & colour, but, thinner than expected
The SUNBRELLA fabric is great for our outdoor dining chairs in the gazebo. The colour is beautiful. I chose BALLARD cushions as they boasted 3" thickness; however, the quality of the cushion itself makes it feel about 1/2" thick when seated. We can feel the metal bars of the chair. I expected better quality and will continue to use these until I find something more in line with our expectations.

Overall OK
Color and shape / size was fine. Cushioning value not all that good - depresses quickly and you can feel the chair structure beneath - not all that comfortable.

This product has an excellent range of sizes and colors to choose from.
My porch furniture [4 pieces] was over 30 years old and needed a facelift. Of all the catalogs I reviewed, your selection was by far the best for color and size. I have the box edged cushions and backs on the love seat and rocker that fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable.
For the side chairs i used the knife edged cushions in the largest size available. Unfortunately the seat cushion is a little skimpy for depth; but overall, my "new" porch furniture looks fantastic, and I am pleased w/ my selection.
