Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

cushion too soft and does not hold shape
I was disappointed in this product. I was expecting a much firmer foam insert. I ordered a pair of cushions for two chairs used indoors. One looked flattened right out of the package and gave very little cushioning when I sat on it (and I am not a heavy weight). I returned it for exchange thinking it was a defect. The other looked better, but within a week of sitting on it, it flattened out like the returned one. The next set of cushions I buy (soon, unfortunately) will be from a store where I can feel the cushion's firmness and not online. On the positive side, Ballard's exchange process was easy and problem-free.

very happy with purchase
I held off buying because one reviewer thought that the cushion padding was not firm enough. I needed firm padding because the table I bought had a few inches more in height than the usual, and I needed as much cushion support as I could get. I was expecting to be disappointed, but, for whatever reason, the padding was solid, firm, and more than adequate. Very satisfied with the cushions.

Smart looking and long lasting!
These cushions are holding up beautifully and still look great well into the summer season (which starts in May here in Texas!). The Brown and Sand Stripe look really sharp and add a lot to my teak outdoor chairs. Tip: I don't leave the cushions out in the rain and pull them all up when we aren't going to use them for a while.

Very Nice!
I researched getting chair cushions made using Sunbrella fabric and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the price on these. Not only is the price excellent but the quality of the cushions is amazing. Thank you!
