We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.

Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.

In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)

O/S (Oversized) Delivery
Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Two day service, add $9.95
Next day service, add $19.95
Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

Perfect bedside solution! My only reason for not giving the full 5-stars for this product is that I had to wait nearly 3 months to actually receive it. The table is stylish and nicely constructed. April 30, 2012

Bamboo Table Exceeded my expectations! The table looks expensive. It is also far sturdier than I expected as well. I have a narrow area where I purchased this for and it holds a 40" flat screen TV on the top shelf and some books on the two lower shelves. Impressive for its size. SUPER EASY to put together!! If you are even thinking about getting it....just DO IT! You will not be disappointed. Although you may have to wait for it - mine took weeks and weeks to arrive. August 15, 2012

Fits perfectly where I wanted it to go. The only reason I am giving the table four stars instead of five is that when it came, the carton had a VERY heavy smell of oil (like home heating oil). I quickly unpacked the table and discarded promptly discarded the packaging. Unfortunately, the same smell has permeated the table. I had it outside for several days to air out. It is better, but when I am up close to it, I still get that oil smell. I think the smell has permeated the leatherett top and am hoping that after repeated wipe downs, it will totally go away. I did not return it because I had discarded the packaging, and it does fit where I have it. I believe that since the table is made in China, it was transported on a cargo ship that was once and oil tanker - yes, that is how strong the smell was! However, the quality is good and no self-assembly! I would still buy from Ballards, but maybe you should check out your suppliers and how their items are shipped. February 28, 2013

chosen for color and size, not particularly useful I believe that these tables are perfect for the spot that I had in mind however I think they are over priced and not worth what they cost me. Had I visited a store and seen them in person I am not sure that these would have been chosen by me. They really are a bit light weight and not sure how they will hold up. October 19, 2012

Odette table is exactly what I was hoping it would be. The table is perfect! I am very pleased and happy with it. It stands between an antique claw foot tub and a beautiful walk-in shower on a floor with tile that looks like marble. Will take a photo and e-mail it to you when all is complete in my new master bath. The table fits the style and decor of the room. April 29, 2012

Excellent Value I needed a small night stand and this turned out to be perfect. Well made and sturdy enough for lamp, clock, etc. The color photo does not do the black table justice, it is really not a solid black at all but a rubbed out black. It looks great with my dark brown wood bed. October 19, 2012

smelly table This is a lovely little side table but the finish on it is extremely toxic smelling. We had to leave it in the garage for a few weeks to try and let it "air out". It still smells pretty strong, which isn't good for a bedside table. August 15, 2012

Table looks just like photo in the catalog. I was pleased with the table I ordered. It did not take long to arrive and it was packed very well. I ordered the darker finish and I am pleased. The legs are really a dark brown with black on the flat surface areas, very nice. April 27, 2013

Small space Received in excellent shape.Perfect for a tight/small spot, because of shape. I am using them in a bedroom setting as nightstands. Only negative, a 3 month wait. August 15, 2012
