Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

I enjoy this coffee table more and more. I had wanted a coffee table with a lower shelf for books and to put whatever is on top so that we could place food on the table when entertaining. This is perfect. The table is sturdy. Heavier than expected in a good way. I put it together myself, which was a bit of a challenge, not because it was complicated, but only because it was heavy. I can't tell you how beautiful it looks, so I'll post a picture so you can see for yourself. I gave it 4 stars because I am not sure how it will hold up over time, but if it does - it deserves a 5 star rating.

Wonderful coffee table!
This is a fabulous coffee table! Great size for games and dinners in front of the tv. I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered only 5 days after my order date. The table came well packaged and the directions were easy to follow. I was able to put it together in less than 20 minutes with no help. I would suggest adding the bottom shelf while the table is on its side rather than upside down, since the shelf is heavy and difficulty to hold if assembling the table alone. The baskets are nice, although they don't sit flush against the bottom shelf becuase of the hardware inside the bottom ledge, and they are shorter than expected making it rather easy to see what's being stored inside them when sitting on the couch. Not a huge problem though. The baskets are great for holding some blankets and board games. I'm very pleased with this purchase. I love the aged white finish. The quality of this table exceeded my expectations, especially for being less than 300 bucks. I highly recommend this table.

Beautifully crafted table and baskets
The table came sooner than expected and exceeded my expectations all together! It is a beautiful color and wonderful quality. It is very heavy so I would reccommend 2 people to construct. Thank you Ballard Designs for a wonderful addition to our new living room!

Cute Table -- Terribly Cheap Finish That Chips
The table is stylish and functional (with the baskets). It really goes a long way to hiding a lot of the kids' crafts and miscellaneous junk that winds up accumulating in my living room. The problem is that it is a coffee table that is used rather frequently and the the quality of the finish is not well-suited for that use. We have had the table for about a year and a half and almost immediately, the finish on the corners and edges started chipping and coming off. We are not particularly hard on our furniture -- but it is not holding up well from regular wear and tear. I almost bought a dining table from Ballard Designs until I read similar reviews. I think that they need to sell products with sturdier finishes particularly for items like dining and coffee tables that are in use regularly.
