Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Beautiful addition to my front porch throughout the holiday season
I absolutely love these deer. I purchased both the sitting and standing deer. I was very disappointed when after only 2 weeks my standing deer blew over in a windstorm and broke. Ballard Design did not even offer me a discounted replacement. I thought that the construction of the product was stronger than it actually turned out to be. I have been a long time customer and was disappointed with their unwillingness to back up this product. I would advise those who purchase the standing deer to keep it in a sheltered area and not be disillusioned by the picture of it standing in an open space where it can easily fall down and break.

Beautiful!!!
I have been searching for the perfect deer to add to my Christmas decor. The Montresor Deer is the one. The sales price made it even more appealing. Planning to put a plaid red bow on the neck. Quick shipping!!! It was here in no time at all. Packaging is great as well. Will definitely save and use for storage purposes. I know my porch is going to be beautiful this year. I can't wait to decorate!!! May order the standing deer too :)

Highest quality and great detail
I have been looking for several years for deer like these. None were of the high quality that these are. Most of the antlers are poorly connected and never stay on, but on the Montresor Deer they are locked in place with metal cams and connections are almost invisible. They can be used year around especially in a man's office or study. Thanks Ballard Designs for another high quality item.

Beautiful!
I was so happy to find these deer as I had been looking for something very similar in size....I opted for the sitting deer b/c I wanted the option to use him on my front porch or my 10ft dining room table as a center piece. My deer arrived today in perfect condition. He is a much darker "gray cement" color than pictured in the catalog, which is no big deal. He still looks great with the plaid Christmas ribbon around his neck.....As I continued to look at him I decided after the holidays I will spray paint him bronze! I think it will give him a richer and more elegant look. I plan to use him all year long on my front porch with the black and cream Harlequin ribbon I purchased too! I'm VERY happy with this purchase and you will be too!
