Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Well made, lovely
I am very pleased with this rug. It is very well made, and has lovely colors. I did not give the product 4 stars because of difficulties ascertaining the true colors. The pictures make it look more crisp and colorful than it is. I did get a swatch beforehand, but it is just a random square cut from the rug, so it is still hard to envision.

Lovely
Just received my runner and it is mostly like I thought it would be. The quality is great. The ruuner's design is somewhat different in that there's no second border on the outside edges. The color tag is labeled taupe/grey on the rug, and it certainly is that for the background and border colors and of which are not listed in the description. There should probably be a photo of the runner. I'd hoped for more spa/blue in it too but the naturals will be fine for my bedroom hallway, and I guess the dirt won't show as much.

Just as expected
Colors were exactly as they looked in the picture and on the swatch. Some reveiwers commented on the large pattern, but it is not bold at all and blends beautifully in our room. Very pleased.

Pattern is more whimsical in person
As a previous reviewer stated, the pattern is much bigger than you would think by looking at the picture online. In fact, I would describe it as "oversized" and once down appears informal and almost whimsical. In the picture, it appeared classical and traditional (at least to me). We bought the largest rug, so this pattern size issue may be different for the smaller versions of the rug. The colors match expectations based on my monitor.
I was awaiting this rug with much anticipation and have to admit that I'm a little disappointed in the pattern. Not so much to return it, but not quite up to my expectations. For a person looking for a unique look and a large patterned rug, it may fit the bill very nicely.
