Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Great for a guest room!!
Wow, we just love this rug in our upstairs guestroom! We paired it over old wood floors with a parchment color upholstered bed. The blue color is very french blue and the quality of the loom is great. While it is an indoor/outdoor rug, it really really works as an indoor rug for this guest room. We're also thinking about coordinating the blue of the room with lamp shades from Ballard as well. The nice thing about putting the bed over the rug, is that even though it covers the symbol in the center, there is enough edge detail to really soften up a guest room. I also considered using the black rug in our dining room, I think that would really pop.

Worth the money
A little style for a minimal price. I bought this rug to replace a hand knotted wool rug which has been destroyed by my active family and new puppies. It is a pleasure to clean it so easily. The design is nice. I bought green, which is a bit more olive than I would have expected. but it's fine. others have written reviews which mention that it's a little bumpy when you unroll it. that's true, but over time you will walk the bumps right off. It's on the thin side, you should use a rug pad. Overall great value .

Beautiful & cleans easily
I bought this rug because it's polypropylene and not wool, which my dog is allergic to. It's beautiful. It arrived via UPS with the packaging torn. It had obviously been dragged through numerous UPS sites. The rug was soiled with black. Ballard had no more in stock. The description says "easy clean". I decided to try to clean it before returning it. I scrubbed it with dish soap and hosed it off. All the black rinsed off easily. It's indoors and I don't have to worry about stains. Also, VERY good price.

I would recommend this product!
I bought this rug for my sun porch which has Berber beige carpet( not my choice, definately not my color) My Mavelot carpet lends an outdoor flavor and color to what is now my favorite room. The texture of the carpet is pleasing to the eye and comfortable under bare feet. It looks as though it will last for a long time for us to enjoy.
