The detail on this product is beautiful.
I have seen cork boards in other stores but this one is far superior to any of the others. The attention to detail is fantastic. It is finely constructed and looks beautiful on my kitchen wall. I've received so many compliments on it.
The frame looks like it belongs around fine art.

the product looks awesome
Be careful when you measure because we ordered the small at first, not realizing how small the actual pinning area is. Since it has a large frame, the bulletin board area is smaller, but it is beautiful.

Perfect size and very well made.
I first ordered the larger size and it was a bit too big for my small office.I returned it with no problem and received the smaller size.I am so happy with the product.

That's Not Black
I have been wanting this bulletin board for over a year, it was on sale and I bought it. After of over a month in back order, it finally arrived today. Opened it up and pulled out a nice BROWN frame bulletin board. It can not be confused for heavy distressing, it is brown. I love Ballard, but this is not what I ordered. It's going back. So disappointing.
Also the frame is a lot bigger then it looks in the picture and it feels like maybe a plastic mold. I would of loved the drama of the thick frame... had it been BLACK like I ordered.

Great quality with a nice traditional look.
I would suggest this corkboard for its quality and great visual appeal. YET unfortunately...it did not work for me. I was looking for a nice large (I ordered medium size in cream) corkboard for my 13 yr old daughters bedroom and this one seemed to overpower the room with it's substantial framing. It is VERY heavy which I did not like ...and this made it too expensive to even return.

A substancial piece
I put this in my kid's playroom to display all of their art work. The room is large and the "corkboard" takes up half of the wall, which is what I wanted. Only negative was the extra cost for shipping due to special delivery.

Beautiful organization
It fills the wall with a Lovely frame and now our family calendar, children's art, misc. photos and lists don't clutter the kitchen ..... Great addition to our sunroom off the kitchen!

Love this corkboard
I recently moved into a new house and enclosed an open family room to create my home office. I wanted a way to display my kids' artwork as well as other important information I use all the time. This corkboard fits the bill! I got the biggest size available in cream, and it is a really creamy cream. My home has white molding/baseboards so this does stand out as slightly different but with all the textures in the office it looks great.

Looks great
Looks great on the wall. Needed a way to keep important notices and invitations visible rather than in a pile on the desk, but didn't want something that looks like an office bulletin board. Looks like "art" even though I have coupons and recipes hanging from it!

Looks Great
I love the look but was disapointed in the size. The measurement included the size of the frame not the size of the corkboard. It was smaller than I expected so I was disapointed. I did not want to go through the trouble of sending it back so I kept it.

Cork board is beautiful
Adds a touch of class to my sewing room and is a much better (larger) size than what I had. This is definitely a quality product. I love it!

Truly beautiful
I purchased this bulletin board for my college aged daughter for Christmas. She is very happy with it. It really dresses up her study space and she plans on moving it into her bedroom eventually when she graduates at the end of the semester. It has a rustic elegance about it.

A beautiful piece, but unfortunately it has a flaw. Immediately, when we hung the corkboard on the wall we noticed the backing was bowed out (which I'm sure is a flaw). It's unfortunate that such a big, expensive piece was sent to me in this state. Other than that, I love it!!

This is a nice looking, decorative cork-board
I had purchased one of these about 5 or 6 years ago for my daughter's room. We both really liked it. After college, she left and took it with her, so I got another one for myself. I still like it, but the finish on the first one was

Practical & attractive!
I bought this corkboard to use in my newly remodeled kitchen in lieu of hanging items on our fridge. It is attractive and practical and receives a lot of compliments. Make sure you measure the area before choosing a size as the boards are large. I recommend!

Frame is bigger than I imagined
This is a cute idea for a bulletin board. The frame is much bigger and thicker than I imagined. I did know what the measurements were. I bought the 28x24. I didn't realize the 2" deep would be that big of a deal. It is very "clunky" looking. The description does say cream but is not as white as in the epicture. I knew it would be distressed looking which is ok but I thought the color was closer to white. I ended up paintnng it. It was too big to send back so I kept it but I'm not happy with it. If you have a very big space it would probably be ok. It might be better in the larger size in a large room. In the small size, the frame is too big for the area of cork. It should be scaled back. Quality wise it is good.

Like a good piece of furniture
It's Big, it's beautiful, it's expensive, but I love it!
It takes up a great vertical space next to my phone and is an awesome conversation piece with all of our changing pictures and appointments pinned to it.
It's ornate and the detailed carving are beautiful.
