Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Happy to have purchased this beautiful light fixture!
I love our new light. I wanted something that would fit into our eclectic home... not too traditional.. not too contemporary...and not like all the rest. So--- Looked for awhile and finally found this PERFECT light. It's lightweight but heavy on the style. It was shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and was easy to hang. I'm driving my husband crazy because I keep turning it on just to appreciate its beauty and he keeps turning off the switch to save energy in this hot Texas summer. But he likes it too! Love it, love it, love it, and providing a snapshot so you can see how it looks over a dining room table with average-height ceilings. ( I couldn't find too many pictures to see how it would look so passing on the favor.)

Perfect!
I've been looking for a chandelier to replace an old, heavy dark one that came with the house. It's in a narrow entry with a high ceiling. I wanted something with a light, airy feel but a little bit old world, with a weathered finish. This is perfect! We love it.

Great light for an even greater price!
This light is great, really compliments our dining area. We wanted something pretty and not too overpowering or bulky looking. This light fit the bill. We installed a dimmer switch which I highly recommend doing if you're putting over a dining table. Installation was easy enough, but I must say the directions were severely lacking actual directions! We figured it out, though. The chandelier is a little lighter in color than it appears on the site, which is no problem for me, but worth mentioning. Highly recommend!

Fabulous fixture
This chandelier is unique and fabulous. It fits my space beautifully. And Ballard Designs customer service rocks. I had seen pictures of the smaller sizes on their website but they didn't have it listed for purchase, so I wrote a review inquiring about it. A customer service representative called me within 24 hrs to tell me it was going to be available in late May, and then continued to follow-up with me about its progress. Wow! I'm beyond happy with the chandelier and Ballard! Thanks Ballard Designs!
