Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

High Quality and Beautifully Made
I ordered this nightstand because I needed a night stand
that would fit in a small space and this fit the bill.
Pros:
It is beautifully made and very high quality: I ordered the dark stain version and it is true to the photos. The drawers came lined with paper and included a metal name plate with my name and the year I ordered. It also arrived in perfect condition; without a scratch
Cons:
When I ordered (end of Oct), I was given a delivery date of a mid-January. In Jan, Ballard notified me I would not receive it until 15 Mar and gave me the option to end my order. I continued but thought that seems like an unusually long time to wait to me! Additionally, while I needed a small stand, I was hoping the drawers would store some of the stuff that collects near my bed; in particular, my magazines. The width of the drawers is just a bit too small to store magazines.
Other than those two complaints, I love this stand and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning piece of furniture
Our chest arrived about two weeks ago after a long wait. However, as soon as we unpacked it, we knew the wait was worth it.
Ours was done in red. It is an absolutely stunning piece of furniture that 'makes' our family room come alive. Blends in beautifully with the rest of our decor. And it's a great conversation piece that's impossible not to notice.

Stylish night table
I ordered this as a night table for my teenage daughter's room. We live in a Victorian and were looking for something that would blend with our antiques, yet stand up to teenage usage, and this fits the bill. It is small, but has three useful drawers and nice details. It did take longer to receive than the estimated shipping date, but it was worth the wait. My daughter liked that it has her name inside.

5 star experience
The entire experience with my Casa Florentine experience was 5 star. The product brochure was gorgeous and the wood samples that I requested were beautifully packaged. The ordering experience was very pleasant, and best of all, when I received the product I could not have been happier. Outstanding quality with exceptional attention to detail. Even the drawers were lined with beautiful Florentine paper. These products are an outstanding value--equal to the quality of a very high end furniture store.
