Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Perfect pattern match
I purchased 6 Louis Chairs about 8 months ago with Wheat Microfiber fabric. Love them! Last month I purchased 2 more armchair Louis Chairs so I could have a set of 8, but the Wheat Microfiber fabric was no longer available. I chose a contrasting fabric so I could have 8 chairs. I have had so many compliments about the "head" chairs of my rectangular table being different. The fabric did have a 24" pattern match, and I was worried about whether the design would be centered. The design is centered perfectly on the front, back and even the arm rests! Great job Ballard! Customer for life!

Nice look, durability questionable
I ordered chairs in the brown finish with the striped sunbrella fabric. The chairs look good (exactly as pictured), and they did a nice job with the upholstery, my only reservation is with the Sunbrella fabric. It has a nice look and feel, but I am disappointed with the durability (the reason I ordered sunbrella). We have had them for 1-2 months, and they are already starting to look worn at the arms. Further, they do not spot clean as nicely as I had hoped. they are more durable than silk, but I would not recommend them for regular use in a home with children. I am much happier with the durability of the oatmeal "easy care" fabric offered by Ballard that I have on other pieces.

Pricey for the quality
I ordered this chair in the walnut finish with Alcott paisley fabric. It is comfortable and the fabric seems to be good quality, however, the undersides of the arms were left unfinished and rough. For the money I would expect the entire arms of the chair to be finished.

Beautiful Chairs!
I was impressed with the sturdiness of the chair and the beautiful workmanship that went into upholstering it. It looks great online and even better in person. If you are looking for a traditional chair like this, you won't be disappointed! I chose the walnut/dark brown finish.
