Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Good quality at attractive price.
Ordered two of these to serve as storage cabinets in our home office. Thought it would an attractive alternative to less expensive options, but far less costly than custom built ins. Very nice quality, stained beautifully, sturdy and love the adjustable shelves- serving its purpose as attractive storage in our office, handily keeping odd items neatly behind closed doors. Would make a very nice armoire in a bedroom (comes with removable hanging bar for clothing), for a storage piece as we have used, or as a TV armoire. The design is simple enough that it would be a very versatile piece of furniture. My only criticism is that it took 5 month (5 MONTHS!) for them to come. They arrived VERY WELL crated and packaged, protecting them from the entire shipping process. Was pleased that Ballard Design Home Delivery includes placing in room of choice (up two flights of stairs for us) with all those crates/boxes/packaging taken away.

Love this product.
We purchased the Louis XVI Armoire, and we love it. The finish is beautiful, and it is a very well made piece of furniture. Highly recommend it.

Poor
I waited 5 months for this piece. The paint was white on the front and more cream on the sides. THe feet were missing and the top crown on the front had a dent which appeared to be filled in. The the delivery men were supportive and really professional.
Now I need to wait until Jan to get a call to confirm a new armoire. UNACCEPTABLE.
I am moving on to find another piece somewhere else.

Lovely addition to my home
My Louis XVI Armoire was delivered today, and I am thrilled with how beautifully it fits into my decor. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the distressed finish is beautifully done. The only drawback is the fairly long wait for delivery, but it was well worth the wait.
