Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Pretty print, soft flannel, high maintenance
I just received the king size duvet set and although it was everything I expected, as far as the color, print and quality of the flannel, I was-and still am- upset about the disaster that occurs each and every time I wash and dry this item. If I had been warned about the EXTREME pilling of the flannel- which has clogged my dryer vent twice- I would have thought twice about this purchase. One would expect that an expensive, high quality, European flannel would not cause such a headache with the pilling and lint. I have to vacuum the entire house for 2 days straight to get rid of the mess from this duvet. The lint piles are all over my rugs, my clothes- everywhere!! I have tried shaking the duvet outside by removing it halfway through the dry cycle. NOTHING WORKS. My only hope is that after several washes this nightmare will end. I have had less problems with inexpensive flannel sheets, then with this duvet. A warning and disclaimer would have been warranted, so that I knew what to expect. Even my dog, that sleeps on the bed with us, is covered with lint balls in the morning. I have spent a fortune on lint rollers this past week. This is the worst experience I have ever had with lint.

Love the pattern!!!
I do love my new duvet but the size was WAY off!!!! I bought a queen size duvet but had to get a king down comforter for it and it is still loose!!!

The product is as advertised except it does not have the "inside cords" sewn in the corners to hold the duvet in place.

Bought sheets and blanket...
Flannel sheets are nice but are "one sided" as I call it. They have a pattern on one side of the sheet. It doesn't bother me but might bother others. Also, the sheets don't really fit my mattress which is 17".. The good thing is that because of the flannel they don't ride up too much. They are very cozy for cold nights.
The blanket is great. I would call this a medium weight. The quality is excellent and one side is a little lighter in color which I like. I have washed this and it comes out great. Would highly recommend!
