Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Oh so soft but so much lint
I bought the duvet covers in both colors, the tan for my niece and the snow leopard for myself. It is one of the softest and prettiest covers I've owned. Just love going to bed. On the downside I've washed them twice and still a lot of lint. Plus the second time I washed the duvet I dried it too long and it shrunk and is now much shorter. I'll see if I can stretch it out the next time. But definitely worth the money, especially since I got them on sale before Christmas & it was free shipping. I just wish they offered an extra set of pillow cases separately.

A Good Buy
Love how warm and toasty these sheets feel. Have washed them a couple of times already and haven't seen any pilling. Love the design - wish I had been able to get the gold ones, but the grey are just as stylish. I recommend them.

Softness and comfort
I love the lush softness of the sheets and they are beautiful. Perfect weight and they fit the mattress, deep pockets. I am very pleased with this sheet set.

pleasant graphic design(subtle) and extremely warm
The shams and duvet appeared at 1st to be made from different grades of flannel but after wash/use not so noticable. I am disappointed in the closure on the shams so much so that I can hardly believe they were constructed in Germany which generally delivers top quality and design. The light leopard color is lovely and the duvet makes fluffing up the bed in the morning super easy. With a feather comforter the set is almost too warm in the night (I use w/cotton sheets - not flannel sheets). Overall I am pleased and am glad I purchased the set (also travel/neck pillow cover).
