Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Love the look....but disappointed
I bought this rug because I love the look and it does feel wonderful! Number one selling point for me was indoor/outdoor. I have been using indoor/outdoor rugs for years with my children and thought this would be perfect for our living room. While the rug is beautiful it is a constant chore of "snipping" the pulled loops. I will be the first to admit that it is a high traffic area, it just does not hold up to the general floor play of younger children. I probably should roll it up and put it away, but like I said it looks beautiful in the room.

Love it
I ordered this rug in yellow. The color does look like the picture. It added just the right amount of brightness and fun to my room. I'm using this rug as an indoor rug, so I do not know how it would hold up outdoors. My little cat seems to like to scratch it a little bit though! It is not plush like other rugs, so I think she likes the way it feels for scatching. I wouldn't recommend for cat owners ;-). She pulls up the loops so I've had to trim them down with scissors as a fix, which seems to be not very noticeable at least! At least the pricing wasn't too high!

pretty colors, soft, but picks too easily
Within two hours I looked and the rug had multiple picks with loops sticking up. It must be common because it had a picture of scissors showing how to cut the loops- did that but you can still tell.
