Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

What a gorgeous rug!
I really shopped around for the perfect size/color outdoor rug for my outdoor lanai. Since I live in Florida, the sun can be really brutal, so I wanted to make sure that the investment I made would last me for a few years. The rug is absolutely beautiful and has changed the whole appearance of my lanai. I can't recommend it enough!!

Smart purchase!
I purchased this rug for my living room. While all the reviews I had read were nothing but positive, all those reviewers used the rug outdoors. I was pleasantly surprised when the rug arrived quickly, I then put it down in the living room with a rug pad under it. It's just perfect! It's not too "nubby" or rough under the feet (but no, it's not cushy either). There have been 2 animal related clean ups performed and no stains remain. And it fits perfectly with my casual yet classic living room.

Love It!
I bought the chocolate runner for a hallway and I love it. It's a high traffic area leading to the backyard door so I wanted an easy to clean rug. Since I have young kids I think I'm going to go with an indoor/outdoor for under the dining room table as well for easy cleaning.
It's not a soft rug but I didn't expect it to be. It's just the texture I would think an indoor/outdoor rug should be.
One thing I'd like to note is that a rug pad is necessary on a wood floor. Before the pad, the rug slipped around quite easily on the floor.
When I received it, it was rolled up and the edges curled up but after only a day of laying it out, the edges lay flat.
The color (chocolate) is just as pictured.

A Great Indoor/Outdoor Rug
I love this rug! I put it in front of our back door. We needed something to catch water/dirt from our kids and dog and to protect the wood floor. I ordered the red laney rug and it is definitely more of a rust color (in my opinion). I originally purchased this rug for a basement hallway, but because the color was a rusty red, I moved it to our family room because it went so well with the larger rug in the room. I think the pattern is fantastic and would recommend this rug to anyone. These rugs do slide a bit, so keep that mind. However, they seem to be made very well and flattened out in just a few days time.
I have the adelade rug in my kitchen and just ordered a larger size to go under our kiddos table to catch spills/food. Very happy with Ballard's indoor/outdoor rugs!
