Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

So pretty!
The La Reine planter is even prettier in person than in the catalog. It is very well made and super heavy. We had to drill into our stucco to hang this, and it is not going anywhere, even if a tornado were to hit! The removable planter made it easy to figure out what plants to use--I simply took it with me to the garden shop. They recommended drilling some drainage holes, then putting in a layer of stone for drainage before adding dirt. It's only been up a few days and we've received lots of compliments! We hung it on our front porch, in front of one of the side windows next to our door so that we can enjoy it inside and out. Love, love, love it!!!!

I love it.
Been wanting this planter for years. Kept circling it in the catalog for Mother's Day, Christmas ..... got nothing. Husband kept telling me it wouldn't look good there. Finally ordered it for myself. Husband told me the other day --- "I like your planter -- it looks really good there!"

BEAUTIFUL IRON PLANTER!!!!
WOW!!! This planter is much more beautiful in person and it's really heavy. Not made in China, but rather in Mexico where I would have expected it to be made, as they are known for their skilled iron artisans. It looks beautiful in my back patio. It has two holes for hanging but I just hung it from one of the middle scrolls by resting it on a nail I already had on my brick wall and it's fine like that. The metal box that you can remove for planting your flowers in does not have a hole in it so the water can't drain, but you can easily drill a couple holes in the bottom and it's not an issue anymore. Really, I am so pleased with my purchase. I have never had a bad experience with shopping from Ballard's in the 7 years I have been buying from them.
