Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Pretty & Tough
The design is very pleasing. At first glance being next to my black umbrella stand you might think it was iron as well.
My husband scheduled some contractors to pull up some cracked tiles in our kitchen the day after I had placed the Highgate doormat at the front door. When they finished I walked out into our dining room and saw all the dusty footprints leading to the front door.Then I remembered the doormat. When I opened the door I thought it was ruined.I came in grabbed a damp cloth and wiped it down expecting it to still look cloudy from the grout. It wasn't to my delight!
Also we have had two hard rains that have blown buckets of water on it and it is still as new looking as when we received it.

Elegant and Sturdy
I bought this for my mom several years ago in the rectangle shape and she still has it on her front porch. Though our winters are not rough here in CA, it has held up through all of the elements. I always admire it when I visit her, so I bought the demilune mat for my house. I put it by the sliding glass door to my backyard.
Note, the Ballard pattern on these is different than others I have seen, and is my favorite.

Just Love it!!
I am happy to say I finally found the product that I have been looking for for a few years. The quality is excellent, the size is perfect, and it adds the right decorative touch on our deck off of our French doors. I have only had this mat for a short time, however I can tell that it will last for many years. I would highly recommend this product.

Gorgeous Design
The shape and design of this demilune mat is truly beautiful.
It looks just like the photo. Comes well packaged and arrived quickly. Has a strong rubber smell out of the box. I opened mine outdoors. There is some black color that rubs off initially, the same if you rubbed at a car tire. There is a filmy feeling to it initially, must be the stuff they put so the rubber releases from the mold.
I love it, but have to agree with other reviews it would look even better if it were 36 inches, the width of the average door.
