Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we have two easy ways to purchase our gift cards.

Our traditional gift cards are delivered by first-class mail and arrive in a special package with our current catalog.

Our Custom eGift Cards are sent directly to your recipient’s email inbox within minutes of purchase, or at a future date that you choose.

  • Gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175, $200, $250, $300, $350, $400, $450 and $500 or email us for a specific dollar amount not listed.
  • A personal message from you is included.
  • Gift Cards can be used for shopping online, by telephone or at any Ballard Designs store.

Check your Gift Card balance.

Click here to view the balance on your gift card. Next, enter the 19 digit number on your Gift Card and click Check Balance. Gift card balances are also available by calling 1-888-892-3813.

EGift Card balances are also available using the link provided on receipt of your eGift Card.

Can I redeem a gift card when ordering online?

Yes, gift cards may be redeemed online. To redeem, enter the Gift Card number in the "Redeem a Gift Card or Merchandise Certificate" field, located on the "review your order page" during checkout. The amount of the gift card will automatically be deducted from your order total.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

For just $4.95, we'll make your gift even more special with our signature paper, chocolate brown ribbon and a handwritten fleur-de-lis card. Please note that some items cannot be gift-wrapped. Products available for gift- wrap will be marked. You'll be given the option to add gift-wrap to your order during Step 2 of the checkout process.

What is a gift registry?

Use your Gift Registry to create and maintain lists of items you'd like to receive. You can email these lists to your friends and family, or simply use it to keep track of things you plan to buy when the time is right.

The gift item I'd like to order is out of stock. How can I let my 'giftee' know that a gift is coming?

On request, we offer a "Gift Announcement." It can be sent to you or directly to your 'giftee' to let them know a gift is on its way. We even send a picture. There's also an option to include a personalized message. To take advantage of this service, please email us with your request and a personalized message or call Customer Service at 1-800-367-2775.
