Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

in the end, I love it!
I waited 5 months for this chandelier - and now that it is finally up - I love it! HOWEVER....you pay for what you get. The Genevieve looks like a much more expensive light - once it's hung. The problem is the quality of the beading is poor - the box appeared fine but we spent 2 hours reattaching almost half the beads (9 short - which Ballards did send out). When the electrician & my husband installed it on our 14' bedroom ceiling, much of the beading came apart again, so I spent another hour reattaching. Just a heads up....

Prettier in person
I recieved this chandelier for Christmas. I had my eye on this chandelier for awhile & finally got it. It was just hung in my two story foyer. It was centered in a window so it can also be seen outside. It's absolutely gorgeous! It was all put together. It just needed light bulbs. Great priced chandelier that exceeded my expectations! It's stunning!

This chandelier was worth waiting for.
I am thrilled with this recent purchase. For almost 2 years I saw it in your lovely category & thought how it might work in my great room/kitchen with a 12 ft. ceiling.
I patiently waited for it to go on sale, it did but then I had to wait as it was back-ordered due to it popularity.
It arrived before Christmas & I immediately had it hung.
It changes the entire vibe of the room. Just sorry I waited so long. Even at full price...worth every penny.

Genevieve 12-Light Chandelier
The chandelier is up! It is displayed exactly how I expected it to look, perfect! However, I am waiting to receive the three small crystal balls and two silver hooks that are needed to properly balance the bottom ring. Otherwise, it is exactly what I ordered.
