Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Wow, so disappointed! Deep red, not bright, cheery red...
I was really disappointed when this rug arrived. I ordered the large size, and it really is a bizarre size. It seems too narrow in depth to look right, but its extra long. If it could be twice the size in depth, it would look better. It looks like half the rug is missing! Also, the colors are not at all what I was expecting. I went with the red for Christmas, but the red is a deep color, not the bright, cheery color on the website. Also, the rug is very thick, but shedding a LOT...and the red coloring is running on the sides of the mat. It's awful.
I am hoping Ballard will refund my shipping charges since this product is nothing like what was advertised. So bummed.

great look
I ordered one black and one red. The black one looks great, but the sizes were odd. The small one, which I have, is a bit too small, but the other sizes weren't right either.
But my beef is with the "red" one. First of all, it took forever for it to arrive, months, and then when it got here, it wasn't red at all, but maroon! I gave it away rather than have to pay shipping to return it.
This is not Ballard's standard at all and I was quite disappointed.

Harlequin Romance
This is a good mat & very distinctive looking. Its a great way to identify our front door vs. the neighbors. We live in an apartment building, so it will never have to stand up to the elements, but it's been perfect for "wiping the streets" off your shoes before entering the house. Its coir, so we did have some initial shedding, but nothing excessive and now it's fine. We bought the wide one because have the space and it's turned a small dead space into an excellent corner for catching the water runoff of wet umbrellas & boots or setting bags down on a protected surface while juggling kids & keys.
High quality & great value...something I've come to expect from Ballard.

The best found anywhere!
We needed a new mat for our front door. We looked everywhere locally and could not find what we were looking for...the products were too small, too thin, poor designs, just too cheap looking. Then we received our Ballard catalogue in the mail...and, there it was...the perfect design, the perfect size, and VERY reasonably priced. The best part was when we received our door mat...we could not believe how thick it was! Would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a new door mat. And, rest assured, from now on, we will look first at our Ballard catalogue for anything we might need for our home!
