Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Very very poor quality and damaged
I usually do not waste my time writing reviews, I just return the product. But this item is so not what I expected that I had to. Not sure where the other reviews came from but the ottoman I received (after waiting for it 6 weeks) had nails sticking out from everywhere and the fabric was ripped up in 4 places. The seat was unevenly set atop the filing area and the seat hinges were barely screwed in. Very poor quality and craftsmanship.

awesome product, missing key feature
I really like this ottoman. They did a great job, and I love the fabric. The only thing missing is a piece to keep the lid open while I'm filing. The arm is so bendy that is has a habit of falling closed on my arm while I'm filing papers. Nothing a zip-tie can't fix I'm sure.

Stylish, practical and well made
This storage ottoman is not only built to last for years, but it is a stylish and properly-sized addition to any room's decor. It's tall enough to double as seating, has incredible hanging file space, plus extra storage for binders or other files. The heavy-duty rollers are a nice touch, too. I could not be happier with my ottoman and am thinking about getting another one. Highly recommended for anyone with a home office.

Works hard, looks good
I've bought two of these now and they're an excellent way of hiding your filing. My first was in the Document fabric and it's just gorgeous; the second doesn't look quite so fabulous as I chose a very plain fabric (necessary to work with the rest of the room).
Possibly a little tall for an ottoman (doesn't stop me putting my feet up) and works as a small coffee table too. Seems well made, solid, hinges behave well.
Of course, allow *several* weeks for arrival.
