Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

If I had it to do over, I'd buy a different table
From far away (i.e. photos) I love the look of this table, but in person, you can tell the "distressed wooden top" is fake and cheap looking. Also, the dark coating on the metal has already started chipping off (I just bought the table in the beginning of December 2010) and leaving little white areas. During assembly, you have to screw together all the metal pieces and now I have to tighten the screws every other week or so or else the table makes clanking noises every time something touches it. If you're looking for a coffee table for the short-term, then this could be the table for you; but if you're looking for something to last years, then I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Love the stye but color is "off"
The wood tone in the catalog pictures looked great, but in reality the finish has strong white/gray tones. It's lighter and less warm than it appears in the catalog. I thought perhaps it was a fluke but the end-table that I ordered to match also has the same white/gray tone. I'll be returning both.
I've included a picture of what the top of the coffee table looks like.

Great value, nice updated look!
I purchased this table for my family room. With young kids (ages 6-12) and an adjacent eating area, my family room gets a lot of traffic.
In addition, I needed a narrower table for my limited space and this fit the bill perfectly. I was willing to spend a lot more and almost did, but based on reviews and the reasonable price I decided to try this table.
It looks great, is holding up very nicely and has an updated yet not terribly modern look that fits nicely in my New England traditional home. Lots of storage too.
I looked EVERYWHERE (high end/to the trade included) and this was by FAR the best option for what I needed. Ballard to the rescue again!

Great Value!
For the money-this table really can't be beat. It came quickly and was easy to put together (less than an hour). I tightened everything down pretty tight, and it is very stable and sturdy. It looks great and I get compliments on it all the time. I had read the previous reviews so I was anticipating the more grey color of the wood part of the table - which works perfectly in my living room. My only negative comment would be that the pattern in the fake wood repeats itself exactly on both top and bottom pieces, giving away the fact that it's not real wood. But other than that, it looks great and once I put stuff on the table, you really don't notice the that.
