Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Looks nice & helps organize but not particularly well made
The Crawford rack definitely helped me organize my clothes. I'm using it in my bedroom not for coats. But it was not the quality I expect from Ballard. It arrived with a broken piece, and one of the screws just won't go in all the way. If you were planning on using it temporarily and then disassembling it, I don't think it would be the easiest or quickest procedure. Overall, it serves it's purpose and looks nice but not sure I would buy it again.

I love the design
I will love it when it is assembled. The coat rack came with no assembly directions or fasteners to put it together. Ballard design has been very helpful in remedying the problem. Instead of having me rewrap, box, and ship this heavy metal item back to be replaced with a new one they are shipping me the assembly instructions and fasteners separately. That has saved me a lot of hassle, I am anxious to put it together, I love the design and the quality. It will look great in my spare bedroom.

This product is very sturdy and exactly as described.
Great product! Great looking! Very sturdy construction and easy to assemble. I converted a small office into a closet/dressing area and both of these coat racks hold all my winter excess clothing. I added baskets on the top and bottom shelves to holds scarves, gloves, socks, etc. After adding a table and chair, I actually hide out a bit in there. With a glass of wine, of course!

Love this piece!!
I ordered this to go in my back entryway. It fits very nicely into the space and is sturdy and attractive. I purchased some cool metal hangers that match the look and this provides a means for my family to stay somewhat organized with hanging coats close to the door, shoes and backpack on the bottom rack and baskets with gloves and hats on the top. The french country styling is certainly much more appealing than any other rack that I've seen in the past. LOVE this piece and would highly recommend it!!
