Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Great purchase
I have the loveseat, 2 high back chat chairs, one end table and the ottoman. My purchase of the lounge chair completed my sun room. I love this furniture! It is a beautiful spa blue made from very nice sturdy fabric. The furniture pieces are well-built and good-looking. I receive so many compliments and am glad I completed my room.

VERY well-made!
I have wanted this chair and ottoman set since last year! Finally got up the nerve to order after getting a nice coupon code on my catalog (thanks, Ballard!) which helped with the sticker shock. When the chair arrived, I was very surprised at how heavy and well-made the metal was. It explained the price! This set is definitely a different level of quality than you would see in your typical chain store. The cushions are beyond comfortable - husband fell asleep first time trying it out - and also very thick and well-constructed. This is a quality set, to say the least, and is worth every penny....especially when I sit in it with that glass of lemonade. I am ordering a second chair today so hubby and I dont fight! They are big enough to share with someone, but not for us in the summer heat. Thanks also for Ballard's excellent customer service!

Outstanding quality! Superior service.
This is really a chair and a half - my husband and I can sit in it together comfortably and we are not petite people. That said, make sure your space can accommodate the oversized pieces. The fully welded frame and uber thick cushions are very high quality. The color (spa) is perfectly named - a rich, not gaudy shade of blue). It has rained heavily and the cushions were dry within only a couple of hours. Already a soft drink spill (sigh) and the seat wiped clean with just a damp cloth.
One of our chairs came with two left side cushions and no right side. I called Ballards and, as usual, customer service was FANTASTIC. This company treats its customers like we are somebody “important” – imagine that! We also ordered the large sofa which will not ship until July so I will report back. This chair will last decades (the frame). As for the cushions, I expect at least four years - with three teenagers that is as good as it gets. Keep in mind – these are custom cushions (both in size and shape) and replacements, when and if you need them, will be costly - so take precautions to preserve them. Buy it, you’re totally worth it!!

Couldn't be more satisfied!
This collection couldn't be more comfortable. The fabric is truly weather worthy even in our rainy Northwest. I will gradually replace all our outdoor furniture with more of these pieces. 100% satisfied. Delivery was so professional.
