Standard Delivery

Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery
Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

this product looks good but......
I have had this rug for 1 month now and it is still driving me nuts because the corners are slightly rolled up so I have to be careful not to trip on it. The binding on the edge of the rug refuses to lay flat and I have tried different ways to fix it with no result. Because it has been rolled up in a warehouse it has a memory but at this point it should have unlearned and it should lay flat if it was going to. I like the rug itself and it is a pain to return it, but I would not buy another or recommend it for this reason.

I love this rug !!!
I expected this indoor/outdoor rug to be stiff and coarse like a sisal rug can be - but I loved the pattern and colour so much I took a chance and I am so glad I did!!!
Besides the beautiful colour and chevron pattern (I purchased the grey w/sand) This rug feels soft under bare feet yet stands up well to a lot of foot traffic from the garden.
I am using this rug in my Bungalo's kitchen...the floors and lower cabinets are fairly dark - this rug brightens every part of the room and gives so much visual movement I can hardly believe how wonderful it looks..this rug brings my 20's kitch into the modern world..
This rug is a great way to give an older kitchen a quick and easy facelift that's looks fabulous! I would easily recommend this rug - I already have to my friends..

Too thin and lightweight
I purchased this rug for my kitchen. It is so so thin and lightweight that it will not stay down on the tile. I am using a rug pad as recommended but its lifting up everywhere. The colors are pretty but that's about it. I will be returning this rug. Its as lightweight as a dish towel.

I love the washabilty of the indoor/outdoor rugs.
We just finished a partial remodel of our master bath. We painted the doublesink vanity Sherwin Williams high gloss grey. The grey chevron carpet was a cheap and cheerful addition. The color tone flows with my metallic mix of coppery browns into the master suite. It takes the cold off the tile floor. The washing instructions are to hose down in the driveway so I figured it could take the dampness of the bathroom and it has. I Wish I had the tech savy to paste a picture because it really does look great.

Super Stylish
I ordered the black/sand runner version of this rug for our kitchen. It exceeded my expectations and I've already received compliments on it. I've also already recommended it to friends who asked where I got it. Love it!

Chevron Stripe Indoor/Outdoor rug
I used this rug on my back screened-in porch and it is absolutely perfect. I ordered the 8X10 black and sand;and could not be happier. It completed my porch project and every time visitors come, they comment on the rug.

nice rug for the product
Durable rug that is well made, especially for the price. We have a cat who loves wool, which means he scratches and destroys natural fiber rugs. This rug is cat resistant!

An arresting design
This is an eye-catching rug and can be used against light or dark colored furniture and is especially effective against brightly colored walls. I used the rug in my dining area but without a rug pad as it was well anchored by my furniture. Also, for a sisal rug, it's surprisingly soft on your feet. I love the versatility of this rug. I am getting new flooring so the rug will now go to my son who will use it in his home office. Obviously, I'd recommend it whole-heartedly.

great outdoor rug
I bought the small sized grey/sand rug to put outside on my patio next to the sliding glass door and beside the table. I really love the chevron patterns that I have been seeing everywhere however, I didn't know if I would get tired of it after awhile so this is the perfect place to have the rug. I had also purchased the rectangular cafe table in grey along with 4 of the folding chairs and the patio looks a perfect blend of today's trend with a slight vintage feel.

Just what my room was missing
I've been wanting a rug for under my dining table for a while. I spotted this rug and thought what a great price and a perfect pattern. The reviews on it were very positive, and I have another great review for it: It is just what my room was missing! I love it, the quality on it feels great, it is softer than I thought but durable enough for two wild boys. ;) Thank you for such a great affordable product. I LOVE IT and have received wonderful comments about it.

Loved the Chevron Stripe rug, but not so much the Marina
Absolutely love the Chevron stripe rug, as well as the colors (cream/mineral), but, within the same order, I ordered the Marina rug (cream/mineral) & the band print-trim on one end, was completely crooked. Since I had already ripped the labels off the back, knew it would be more difficult to return it, so I decided to just put it in a bathroom. Will probably order one more Chevron stripe to replace the Marina, in the room I had ordered the Marina for.

Great pattern for a family.
I use this rug indoors and it adds a great pattern to our floor. So far it is holding up well to busy boys and dog use. It is really easy to clean muddy paw prints off, just wipe with a wet towel, (that's my favorite aspect about it). It was delivered on time. The edges were curled up as to be expected from a rug rolled up so tightly for shipping, but I put books on the end for a day to flatten it. The texture is fairly smooth so works great indoors.

Just as good looking in real life
I ordered not one, but two of these rugs for my office because it's a large room. They fit perfectly side-by-side, and look fabulous. I got the gray/sand color, and it works beautifully with my black and white furniture scheme. It vacuums up perfectly and is more pleasant to walk on than I expected, since it's an in-door/out-door rug. It works really great under my office chair...they roll smoothly over the rug without damaging it. Love them!

Bold, beautiful design!
I bought this rug in the largest size in the sand/gray. The gray definitely has a blue-ish tint to it. It is beautiful and very bold. I've actually had to tone down some other design elements in my living room to keep it from being "too much." However, I don't mind, because I love the rug. It is definitely not a subtle piece! I have only had it for a month, so I can't speak to the durability. Overall, very pleased with this purchase!

Great find
I purchased this after reading lots of reviews on this as well as other rugs. We are currently using it under our kitchen table and it is awesome! My 6 year old spilled rasperry Crystal Light on it about a week after we got it, and the stain literally came right up. I was shocked. It's soft enough though, that I am considering buying something similar for our family room which sees heavy traffic with four kids and a dog.

A little darker than it appears
I bought this in a grey/sand runner and I love the pattern in this rug. I thought it would liven up a rather dark entryway. Unfortunately the sand color a little darker than it appears in the pictures and absorbs more light than it reflects.
I do like the feel of the rug underfoot and it's ability to be cleaned easily. I'm going to move it to another location that is brighter.

Grey Chevron rug
I purchased the large grey chevron rug to add some punch to my home office. I was inspired by one of Ballard's catalogs and never thought of putting an outdoor rug inside. Rug is an amazing value. True to color and easy to spot clean (yes, my dog lays around on it). It brings life to an otherwise basic office space.
I highly recommend this product. You simply can't get a large size rug for this price - amazing value.

love it perfect for a house with 3 dogs
got the grey for our dining room, which is central to our house and gets a lot of traffic. it's also very visible -- so tough, easy to clean (again: 3 dogs) and visually appealing were the goals & this rug fits the bill perfectly! not worried the grey is too blue like some reviewers have mentioned. would get the same rug if we needed more rugs right now. hope they keep this style available for a long time!

Easy care and good looks if I could get the rug in the right color.
I ordered this rug in the Marine blue because I thought it looked more like a medium dark blue. It is really more like spa, much lighter than it appeared in the catalog. Did I get the right color? I wanted it for in front of the sink in my bedroom. We will not order a larger rug for under the bed.
I will keep it because there are other places in our home where we can use this indoor-outdoor rug.

Good Rug, Looks Cool but edge frayed quickly
I picked this rug because of the colors and the cool but not overpowering pattern. We use it indoors in our dining room. It looks great in the space and am assumming will clean up well since it's an indoor/outdoor rug. However the side that gets all the foot traffic is fraying (we've only had for 2 months) The other side is perfect. I hope the rug holds up since for the price it's a great piece.

Just what I wanted!!
The rug is fantastic. Well made. Great colors. The grey is a wonderful grey without a blue undertone. It was easy to unpack and with a little "prodding" the tight roll on one end uncurled and laid flat. That issue is bound to happen because of rolling it for shipment. I like how light it is; I have it on the patio and it's easy to pick up and shake any leaves/dust off it. Great design, product.

Cevron Area Carpet ..
This Chevron design looks great in a covered screened patio. It goes with Wide Black & White stripe cushions on my wicker chairs and wicker sectional couch. The dynamic is striking. Great fast shipping, as always.

Love it!
I purchased this rug in the grey color for my kitchen/dining room. It has a modern feel and I love the way it looks. It has certainly added some "pop" to the room. It is soft yet it cleans well with just soap and water. It is the perfect rug for a person with dogs since it is easy to clean!
The edges did curl up at first, but after a couple of weeks, it is lying flat.

Durable and stylish
After having some bad experiences with pets and high priced indoor rugs I decided to purchase two of these rugs for our entry hallway. I have to admit that I was a little concerned the rugs would truly look like they were for outdoor use and that we would get what we paid for. After placing them on our hardwood floors they look fantastic. Great buy at a great price.

Love this rug!
I ordered the grey chevron in an 8X10 and it has been wonderful! The colors are beautiful (I agree that the cream is not quite as bright as it looks online, but is still amazing!) and it has been a great addition to our family room. The rug is soft under-foot and is an easy clean with our 2 dogs. I'm thinking of ordering the same rug in a 3x5 for our foyer!

Outdoor rug for my deck
I have had the chevron outdoor rug for a couple of weeks.
I bought the gray and sand color. it goes so well with my deck which is gray. The pattern creates movement on an otherwise flat surface.
It cleans well with a hose and seems to dry quickly.
It is a great value for the money. I bought a second smaller size for another seating area on the deck.
