In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)

Perfect rug!
I bought this rug in chocolate in the largest size for the breakfast room, which is the perfect color brown. It is beautiful, perfect sized, and SO SOFT!! We have had it for about a month and get so many complements on it. I didn't get a pad and don't need it because of the weight of the table and chairs. It lays completely flat and the edges have not curled and do not seem like they ever will, even with rolling the vacuum over/around the rug. Needless to say, I am so happy with this purchase! It brings so much texture and warmth to the kitchen/breakfast area. We bought it in the store as it was sold out online.

Nice style for the price
I ordered this rug, then read the previous review, and was concerned about my decision. I ordered the 2.5x5 rug in grey/sand. It arrived very quickly. To me, the picture is a good representation of the rug. There is some shadow of grey in the sand because of the weave of the rug. It is not a problem for me.
Also, the photo shows the smaller scale of chevron on the smaller rugs. This is necessary, or else there would only be a zigzag and a half that would fit, which wouldn't look much like a chevron.
It's a cute rug at a great price. I'm glad I ordered it.

Great value
I love this rug. It's got a great look to it. I was a little skeptical about putting an indoor/outdoor rug in our family room, but with two boys under the age of three (one in the midst of potty training), it's the perfect choice. It feels more like a mat than a plush carpet, but it's neither hard nor scratchy as I had feared. My 10 month old has no problem doing his military crawl across it in just a diaper.
I purchased the grey, and it's not as blue-grey as it looks in the photo, but it works with our light blue walls.
For the price it can't be beat.

not as shown online
I ordered the smallest size in the gray/sand. The rug that arrived has a smaller pattern and the colors are different than what is shown. Online the colors look like a medium gray and an off-white color. The rug that came was a very dark gray and the "off-white" was a "dirty" white because of the gray fibers that the lighter color is woven onto. Very disappointed but the cost of exchanging would equal the cost of the rug, so not worth it. Very disappointed

Get what you pay for
We scored the chevron runner for a surprisingly (relatively) decent price. We had planned on putting it in our foyer. Well, it's now in our laundry room. It's thin, a little rough, not as cool looking in person, etc. I mean, for the price it's worth it, I guess, but I just wish we knew what we were getting into prior to the purchase.

I'm so glad I purchased
These are the best rugs. I bought two - the runner, to place along the kitchen counter and the 5x7 for under the kitchen table. These are the perfect alternative to wool rugs in the kitchen as they can be sprayed down with the garden house to remove common kitchen spills. There isn't a sacrifice on style either - the chevron pattern provides a nice kick of design! I love the way my kitchen looks now- so modern, but still very functional.

A little darker than it appears
I bought this in a grey/sand runner and I love the pattern in this rug. I thought it would liven up a rather dark entryway. Unfortunately the sand color a little darker than it appears in the pictures and absorbs more light than it reflects.
I do like the feel of the rug underfoot and it's ability to be cleaned easily. I'm going to move it to another location that is brighter.

Surpassed my expectations
Ours arrived yesterday, quicker than I had anticipated. We ordered the brown and cream chevron in the largest size. It looks great on our screened porch and I'm so happy that I went ahead and ordered it before it is "discovered". It has a great price point for the quality.

This rug is really cute, but the colors are a little misleading from the catalog.
The rug is really cute and worked perfectly in our pool area. Colors are a little brighter than depicted in the catalog. I thought the blue would be more American flag blue in actuality it was a much brighter blue. The rug shown in the picture was the grey version which looked more slate in the catalog and it is definitely plain grey

beautiful rug
I ordered this rug for my townhouse patio. First, I have to say it exceeded my expectations in terms of look and performance. It really changed the ambiance of my patio, making it feel cozy and inviting. While setting up the patio with the new rug, I got dirt from my planters on the rug. The dirt wiped off easily using water and a paper towel and it looked perfect afterwards. The only issue I have is that the rug came with a giant snag, a manufacturer's defect. The rug was not expensive and I figured that it will be too much trouble to return so I used a crochet hook and pulled the snag through to the other side. It was a little off but it looks good enough to keep.

Great Rug!
I purchsed the black/sand chevron rug for my kitchen. The flooring is cream ceramic tile and I centered my stainless steet work table on it.....looks great!!

So happy with this purchase
I ordered a medium sized gray for my front entry and two gray runners for a hall and kitchen. The color is really nice--perhaps a bit more of a blue gray, but that's ok. It looks nice with my SW Functional Gray walls. The rugs were rolling up around the edges, but now lay flat after a couple days. A rug pad is helping them stay in place. I agree with another post that mentioned how surprisingly soft they are for being indoor/outdoor rugs. What a wonderful thing! I loved the price too! I did return the second runner as I decided I didn't need it in the hall--but I'm keeping the other two and couldn't be happier.

A trend with staying power
I purchased two of the smallest size Chevron rugs in the gray color to use in my kitchen - one by the back door and one in front of the sink. I love this rug! It has the style and softness of an indoor rug and the durability and ease of cleaning of an outdoor rug - the perfect combination! Dirt, stains, cat claw plucks...this rug resists them all. I hope Ballard keeps this rug as a regular stock item.
I would love to see this rug offered in a shorter "runner" size (5 ft. length) to use in the bathroom in front of a double sink. A great rug at a great price!

Fantastic, especially for the price!
I love this rug. It is in my dining room and has already been spilled on. The spill came up so easily with absolutely no evidence of a stain. With three little boys and a dog, this rug was perfect for us. Beautiful and such a great price point.

Cute Rug
I purchased this rug in black and sand for my kitchen for my apartment. It is really cute, good quality for the price, and fun. My only complaint would be it looks a bit "brighter" in the picture. The sand is a light brown almost, and the black is a tad faded. I wish it was more of a black and white combination so it would pop a little but more but still a big fan!

Great kitchen rug
I created a sitting area in my kitchen with a loveseat and coffee table and used this rug in the gray to anchor it. I wanted something that would be easy to clean given it would be in the kitchen. This rug is perfect. It looks just the same in person as it does online in the photos. I have had it now for 6 months and it has worn wonderfully. I can vacuum it with my bare floor sweeper and I have easily spot cleaned any spills plus I know I can always take it outside and hose it to clean if need be! Great value. I'm so happy with it I'm coming back to order a different design for my new deck.

More outdoor than indoor
Not exactly what I expected, I ordered the grey and sand combo for a bathroom: the grey is a nice charcoal but the sand is much darker than the cream pictured and the "sisal" is very obviously polyproplene. Better suited for outdoor or mudroom use not indoor public areas.

Attractive and lightweight. Edges don't stay down.
I have the gray & beige color, small, which is perfect just inside my door. Notes:
* I like both colors in the rug, but the beige stripe might disappoint another customer by being more tan than cream.
* Even with 2 different types of rug pad/sticky rug tape that I'm now using underneath, the edges come up. At least in the small size, the rug just doesn't have enough heft to keep itself down all the way around.
Overall, though it won't last for me as long as I'd hoped, for now it looks great and I am pleased with it.

Beautiful rug and even better price!
The first rug I received was defective as the edges of the rug were quite noticeably crooked. At first I thought maybe that's just what I get considering the low price tag, but decided to exchange it when I noticed no other reviewers reported this problem. Ballard made the exchange so simple and demonstrated excellent customer service. The second rug I received was perfect, and I absolutely love it in my dining room! It adds so much visual interest and definitely completes the room! I can't attest to the durability of the rug yet, but you can't beat the price or look of this rug.

Stylish update to my entryway
Bought this rug to go in my entryway, replacing a jute rug that didn't hold up to the traffic. I have 2 kids and live in New England, and this rug, in a few months, has stood up to rain, snow, sand, salt, and coffee spills. The black/cream stripes make a modern, graphic statement in this small area -- exactly what I was looking for! I wish the stripes were a little wider than 1.25".
When I first got it, it didn't lay flat, but it helped to roll it back up with the outside-out (hope that makes sense) for a few minutes. Now it's fine, the ends don't curl up at all. It is thin, comparable to a dhurrie rug, and even with a pad underneath it doesn't get caught up in the door. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Tough and beautiful
We bought the gray stripe rug for use in a very high-traffic back entry between our kitchen and family room and love it. I continue to be amazed by its durability and beauty. It defines the space, basically eats dirt and stains and can be vacuumed or swept. We have spilt red wine and coffee on it, tracked mud and paint on it, and rinsed it all right off. I cannot recommend it enough. The only drawback I have found is I cannot get one corner to keep from flipping up. We rotated it so that it was in the least "traffic-y" space, and it was not bad enough for me do deduct a star!

Very Pleased
I am very happy with this rug. It seems to be wearing very well so far and I bought it to be durable since we have three dogs. I was a bit surprised at the actual color. Based on the catalog picture I was expecting the lighter portion to be more of a cream color, but it is actually a tan. It still works but I am just a bit disappointed.

Chevron Stripe Rug
The black and white design appears to be a brighter white in the catalog than the actual rug. It's got a dirty white look to it and I was looking for white white. I don't really like it and it's also not very soft under bare feet.

Very happy with the rug
I purchased two of the 8x10 chevron rugs for my living & dining rooms. I've been very happy with them, they were just as described in the product description. They are thin so if you are looking for something thick/lush, this isn't for you, I do plan to use a rug pad with them which will help to "plump" them up a bit. I purchased the gray/cream version, they were an awesome buy for a large area rug and have given my rooms a nice pop of style without being too loud. The one small complaint I have is that while I've had them for a couple months I'm still waiting for them to lie completely flat, there are still a few waves/bumps in them from being wrapped up in the packaging - but it's not a big deal. Really happy with these rugs!!

A perfect rug indoors or out.
We are very pleased with this rug. It is not only attractive it does not look or feel synthetic. Feels like wool or cotton. We are thinking about buying another for the kitchen. This one went on our front porch.

great style, good value
I needed a durable rug for a high traffic area in my kitchen. This rug fit the bill nicely. I really love that it's fun, funky and durable. I didn't have to sacrifice style for functionality (at an affordable price to boot!) The only issue I had, which made this a 4 stars review instead of 5, is once rolled out the rug didn't want to lay flat. We were tripping over the edges for a few weeks before it finally began to behave.

Chevron Stripe Rug
I ordered the largest size in the Chocolate/Natural color for my covered patio. It compliments my outdoor dining table & feels nice under foot. My only constructive critisism would be that the Natural color is more of a light tan color. I don't know if the other colorways have more of a natural color instead of tan. The pattern is striking & modern & the coloring is beautiful & works well with my decor. Love it!

Great rug. Good Style, cleans easily
I bought this rug for my informal dining area. This area takes a beating with my two young boys eating most of their daily meals there. The rug really looks stylish, and spills and stains wipe right off. It's a great rug for style and function....and I would say that I am pretty discerning and place style over function more than I should.
