Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Absolutely Love It!
This is the perfect wall decoration for a large empty space above my livingroom sofa. I didn't want a mirror, never found artwork that was just right, but this clock is gorgeous and fits in perfectly with the contemporary decor of the room which includes Ballard's Firenze Embroidered drapery panels in chocolate. The Chateau Betton Clock is not only well-made, but also keeps accurate time.
One piece of advice. Slip a battery in to check to see if the clock mechanism works before drilling holes in the wall. Our first one didn't work so Ballard Designs quickly sent a replacement. The holes to hang the second clock didn't quite line up with the first set....

This clock is a piece of art. Beautiful!!!!!
We had space above a fireplace with a copper mantel and we had been looking for a clock for some time. After reading some of the reviews, we were not sure the clock would work since several reviews claimed the numbers were not the same color as the photos of the clock. I completely disagree with these reviews. The clock looks exactly like the photos in the magazine and the colors are the same. The antique gold of the numbers match our copper mantel perfectly. We could not be more pleased with this purchase and everyone who sees the clock says that it is the perfect piece of art to go with the fireplace. Best money we have spent on decor for our newley finshed basement.

Love it, love it, love it!
The clock was on backorder when I initially placed my order online. When I finally received it 2 months later, it was totally worth the wait.
This is a really nice "quality" accessory. I love the way the color of your wall shows through as the background to the clock. We had the same issue that others mentioned in their reviews about the clock keeping correct time. Those reviews were very helpful in resolving the issue. I bent the smaller hand just a very little bit, and the clock now keeps perfect time.

Good product for the price.
Large clock for the space was just what I needed. The only thing is the dials were sometimes catching so the time would be off. I slightly bent the arms to adjust the problem and now it's fine. Love it.
