We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Special delivery methods are noted in the item description.
Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery
Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery.
Express Delivery
Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:
- Two day service, add $9.95
- Next day service, add $19.95
- Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI & Hawaii, add $9.95 (Express Delivery required)

Swatch Shipping
Ballard Designs offers up to 10 free swatches for all of our fabrics for a small fee of $5.95 for shipping and processing. It will take 3-7 business days for your swatches to arrive. The swatches are approximately a 3" X 3" square.

Create an inviting, custom look with our exclusive padded Camden Headboard. Order the entire bed including Headboard, Footboard and upholstered side rails or just the Headboard. Full Bed features turned hardwood legs finished in dark mahogany stain. Headboard attaches to bed frame with provided hardware. All styles come upholstered in Off-White Twill. Tufted pieces feature self-covered buttons. Untufted pieces are available with or without Nailhead trim. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery; add 2 weeks for Custom. Mattress not included.
If you would like the legs in a different length (i.e. to accommodate pillow top mattresses) you may opt to add (MH072) where you can specify the length of the legs needed. Looks More expensive than it is

I bought this for a spare bedroom to spruce it up for company. The fabric makes it look like a designer piece that in reality is very inexpensive. The one big challenge is attaching it to the bedframe. I had to drill holes in the legs to insert the screw. When I called the 800- number about it, the reasoning was that all bedframes are different sizes. Fair enough, but it's still a pain. Also, the padding on the headboard juts out about 4-5 inches and will push back your mattress on the bedframe. Make sure your bedframe can accommodate that.

I am very pleased with this well made and finely tailored headboard. Used the Dafne fabric and it's beautiful. The nail-heads are perfect and I am especially delighted by the attention to detail and the back-side. The attachment legs being lined in the same fabric, well that is just lovely.

This is the 4th Camden headboard I have bought from Ballard Designs. The quality is great, love the nailhead detail, and can use their fabric or one you provide.. I have done it both ways. Have compared prices with competitors for catalog headboards, and Ballard is the best price and value!!!
