Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Looks nice, doesn't hold up
I bought 2 of these cushions and wish I had read others' reviews first. We lost 3 buttons off of one cushion in under 1 week and since have lost buttons off of the other cushion as well. Besides the buttons, although I thought the burlap piping was a nice look, my kids complain that it is itchy on their bare legs.

Pretty but buttons come off
I had Ballard chair cushions before that were great. These cushions, while pretty, are not going to last. I got 5 cushions and within one month, more than half of the buttons came off. We lost 3 buttons on the first day. The underside of the button is plastic and breaks. Once the plastic breaks, the button cannot be reattached. I would not recommend this to anyone if you are going to actually use them.

Well pop my buttons!
I'm fairly certain that the manufacturer who sold the chair cushions to Ballard did a bait & switch on the buttons. While the cushions look great and are the sized perfectly for either a captain's or side chair the decorative buttons are made of a plastic material and the "eye" breaks off immediately leaving a dimple in the cushion without a button. Had the underlying button been made of metal (as I suspect Ballard instructed in their bid quote) the buttons would still be in place.

Comfortable and Fits Chairs Well
I am pretty happy with these cushions. They look great and are very comfortable to sit on. I do have to say that the buttons have been coming off occasionally but I have four young men still in the house and they are a bit rough on things. All in all, I still would buy them again!
