Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Great in so many ways
I purchased the medium burlap message board and hung it in vertically in my kitchen. It's super stylish, has a substantial look and feel, and push pins slide easily in and out of the cork underneath the burlap (thus, holding anything that I may want to attach to the board firmly). I did have to trim a few loose strands of burlap off of the board after I hung it -- but it was no biggie. I'd purchase this product again tomorrow and twice on Sunday. Great value. Great quality. Great purchase.

Disappointed
First these boards are extremely heavy for their size. Second, calling them a cork board in the product description is misleading. No cork- like material is used in this product. The burlap cover is directly over MDF. If you are thinking of buying this board to use as a bulletin board or cork board, have a hammer nearby. You'll need it when placing items on the board. I'm returning the one I purchased.

Absolutely gorgeous - buying another
I love this pin board - the burlap is rustic and lovely. We use the board as our family message board and it works well in our kitchen. I use the bumble bee pins from Ballard and have no issues with attaching papers and such to the board. The pins are better than most push pins, in that you can stack 4 or 5 sheets of school work together and use just one pin to secure them to the board. It's true, as one reviewer noted, that this board is heavy. Yet if it were light, it would look cheap and flimsy like office supply store boards. I'm buying another for my office.

Hanging is an issue
This is a nice bulletin board of high quality, as it should be for the price so I'm giving it 4 stars. But I am annoyed by the placement of the D rings on the back. They are placed too high to be useable with a wire, which is my preferred way to hang things. Instead I guess you are supposed to hang two hooks exactly right and then put the D rings over them. It is very difficult to get two hooks hung exactly right. A better way is to use a wire and two hooks, like hanging a framed picture, but the D rings are so high you will not be able to get the wire tight enough for it not to show. I'll have to remove the hooks, drill leader holes, and move them lower so I can hang it. Not what I was expecting to have to do. From the warning on the back I guess they do not know how artists hang a picture. Also hope the cute bee pins I ordered arrive.
