Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

As advertised but ...
I ordered the small console. It arrived well-packed and fully assembled. Unfortunately there was a small amount of damage to the piece on the front top edge where the packaging had been pierced, but not enough to warrant repacking and sending back. Also one of the drawers doesn't close quite as flush as the other. Still it is sturdy and generally well-made, and since it is behind the couch ...

Great piece
This console was easy to put together. My only hold-up before buying this was the beadboard top, but the grooves aren't too deep and I plan to put a glass top on it anyway. We decided not to install the upper shelf at the base so that we could fit taller items on the lower shelf. Much preferred over two shallow shelves. My only negative comment is the hardware. I plan on switching this out because the pulls look and feel quite cheap.

Nice looking
This console looks very nice. It's not made of a very heavy wood, so it's not the most solid piece of furniture we have, but it serves our purpose well as a hallway console. I had a very narrow and long space to fit, and spent days trying to find something the right size, so am very happy with this purchase in that respect. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but there was a problem. There are pegs and peg holes, but the holes are much too big for the pegs. I just used the screws without the pegs, and that worked fine.

Nice piece of furniture but hardware is suspect
This piece looks as good in person as in catalog. We bought it for a small corner piece in our new condominium in New Orleans.
We do have, however, have one complaint. One of screws for the hinges holding the large door in place stripped. The alignment of the door is good but the magnet that keeps the door closed may be too strong. We needed to use a new screw, redrill the hole and hope this fix holds for the future.
