Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

Great Office Lamp!
This is a great lamp -- very stylish looking with its curved arm. It's a modern-looking fixture with a touch of old-fashioned charm. The lamp has great features and puts out a wonderful amount of light without being overpowering. The brushed silver goes very well with the hardware and pulls on my office furniture. I like having the ability to adjust the direction of the light. The lamp is a little bit bigger than it looks in the picture, but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone who has need of an office fixture. This was my first purchase from Ballard Designs, and I am extremely pleased with the look and functionality of the product.

This is a quality product
I ordered this lamp for a desk where I previously had access to very little light. This lamp was exactly as it looked on-line and in the catalog. I was pleased with the amount of light it provides and overall have no complaints with my purchase. I looked at alot of different lamps before purchasing this one and liked the fact that it could be turn on at the base. Most task lamps have a switch on the cord. I thought the price was reasonable. I have ordered from Ballard Designs many times in the past and am always pleased with the quality of their products.

Pretty but off-balance
The Bradley task lamp is gorgeous to look at. I've got it on a small wooden desk and it's lovely. But the lamp is not well-balanced. The bottom weight is not enough to offset the lamp shade and arm, so the lamp tilts forward. I've compensated by using a small wedge of cardboard, but for the money and the Ballard reputation, this lamp is not high quality.

Good Bedside Lamp
I bought this as my bedside reading lamp and the adjustable features are great. Nice shape and good silhouette with my traditional furniture. My only complain is that, because there is no venting on top of the shade, it gets very hot when it is on for long periods.
