Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Discuraged at poor quality.
I purchased this desk about two years ago. I loved the style and sturdy weight of it. However as I assembled it, I noticed a lot of poorly painted areas as well as some fine cracks in the paint. Now - two years later - the paint has chipped to reveal a crack in the keyboard drawer slideout on the bottom about 2 1/2" from the front. The crack is all the way through the wood and runs the entire width of the drawer from left to right. I fear it will completely break off soon. I expected a $1000 desk to last a lot longer than 2 years. I would NOT recommend this product to a friend.

Everything I wanted in a desk
We just moved and I finally have a very small room, 11x11, to call my own office. The open leg work doesn't take up space visually, so the desk does not overpower the room.
I'm happy with the stained finish, the look and the size. The desk arrived within 2 weeks of my order date and I was a little nervous about assembling it alone (I call 911 if my husband picks up a screwdriver) but it only took about 10-15 minutes per leg. I did have to wait for my husband to help me turn the desk right side up and place it against the wall because it is a heavy piece. It looks awesome and I love it.

Beautiful desk but has some issues
Like the looks of the desk but have already seen a split surface on the top of the desk on the lower left side. Runs about an inch in from the edge and is approx 18" long. It continues to grow daily.
Also the legs were packaged very well and no evidence of any fork lift damage, etc. but the right desk leg had obvious nicks through the paint. The Quality Control on this item is poor.

Quality concerns
Although I love the look of the desk and it is sturdy enough after setting up, I was very disappointed in the quality for the cost. After putting it together and setting it upright, one of the legs broke since it was screwed into particle board. For the cost, the entire thing should have been made of wood.
