Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

High end look, without the cost!
The Bee Basket provides a perfect backdrop for most all decorating schemes--traditional, transitional, country French or English, arts and crafts. It can work as a magazine holder, decorative flower pot for large specimens, towel holder, or mini-filing container for business folders near a desk with limited filing space-- which I use it for!

Looks better online
I was so excited about this basket...but I just received it and it's very poorly made. Flimsy and the bee graphic looks like an 8 year old drew it. My suggestion is to put it someplace where your guests won't be able to look at it up close!

This product is beautiful and functional
I received this basket as a gift and I love it. It is beautiful, as well as a functional piece. The bee motif on the front of the basket is very striking. It adds a wonderful addition to my front room. This basket could be used in a number of ways and in many different rooms. That will be the challenge, which room to use my bee basket in. The finish on the basket is top quality. I was not disappointed when I opened the box and saw this amazing gift.

TASTEFUL, AND WELL MADE.
This is just what I was looking for. It fits perfectly into the design of my living room, and is big enough to hold many items without being too big. Well made too.

very attractive and perfect for hiding a plastic file box
I love my bee basket -- elegant combination of colors and the perfect size for hiding a plastic file box containing 8'1/2Xll' papers and files. I'll probably buy a second one.
I now have a collection of four different painted baskets from Ballard. If more designs were created, I'd happily purchase them.
