Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.
Express Delivery Express orders received by 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. For items under 15 lb., the following Express Delivery rates apply:

I love it!
I read all the good reviews and was still a little worried about this but when Ballard ran it on sale I decided to try it. So glad I did! It is great! Was easy to assemble, just put the top on the bottom piece. The drawers slide very smoothly and the hooks will hold a lot. I am looking forward to using this for many years to come!,

Fantastic lockers
We bought these lockers nearly 5 years ago and they are still wonderful. They were in our mud room in one house and then moved across the world with us where they worked great in a back hallway. They are still in great condition despite being climbed on regularly by 4 children to hang their backpacks and coats. They have some scratches on the finish as would be expected but they still look great and function well. Highly recommend.

Great piece of furniture
I bought this for my mudroom several months ago after searching for many months. I was very happy with the quality of the piece and the assembly was very easy. (Two man job since it is heavy but it was simple.)
The drawers open and shut very smoothly and the hooks are sturdy enough for heavy back packs!
We get so many compliments on it and it helps us all stay organized.
It looks fantastic!

Poorly made, not worth the money
I normally love Ballard Designs products, but this one was very poorly made. I bought two to place together in our entry way, boxes were damaged when they arrived. When we tried to assembly them, holes didn't line up on the bottom and top, they were drilled 1/2 inch off where they should be. After a few months units are already chipping. Costs too much to send back so we are stuck with them. Very disappointed that Ballard Designs would sell such a poorly made product. Don't waste your money.
