Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Very nice rug, but color is not a true red.
This is a very nice rug and the stripes are good for hiding stains. However, it is definitely not red. It is more of a rust color, which disappointed us since the rest of our deck furniture and pillows are red. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Shipping was also delayed multiple times so that was a problem because it didn't arrive until the end of our summer season.

Serves its purpose
It is a pretty rug and not flimsy. Colors fit right in with my decor. Had a bit of a problem with its being rolled up in storage. Had to roll it up from the opposite side so it would lay flat. One corner still sticks up a bit and has come unraveled. Not sure if my dog had a part in that or if someone's foot caught it, but I repaired it by hand. I am using it indoor. Looks like it should clean up easily.

Rug won't lay flat
I'm disappointed. I read some reviews saying that the rug wouldn't lay flat but ignored them. I really like the way the rug looks. But, despite many attempts to get the edges to stop curling, it just won't lay flat. If the rug had been rolled so the back faced out, this would not be an issue.

Love the design, but can't stop the corners from curling up!
I bought this rug in the smallest size for my bathroom. I love the design of the rug and the indoor/outdoor quality is great for the bathroom. However, I am having a difficult time getting the rug to lay flat. It is delivered in a roll and I have tried curling the corners the opposite way, putting heavy books on the corner for a couple of days, etc. The rug is still curling! Other than that I do like the rug.
