Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

The Best!!!!!
This is the absolute best paper towel holder I've ever owned. It's incredibly sturdy and you really don't have to hold it while pulling off a towel. It's traditional yet feels "up to date". I wanted traditional but not old fashioned and this fit the bill perfectly. I got the scroll fleur in black iron and it's GORGEOUS!!! It looks like it sits flat on the counter but actually has rubber feet that lifts the base up slightly which is nice so it doesn't sit in a pool of water, which happens on the counter beside my sink sometimes ;).
Note: In the picture it show extra space between the finial and top of the paper towel. With mine I don't have that. There is only about 3/4" between the bottom of the finial and the top of the paper towel. Thought I'd pass this on since this was a worry when I ordered.

Nice touch!
I put this in the bathroom. Quite attractive, handier and more sanitary than hand towels. It's heavy and looks great. I only gave it 4 stars because you have to be aware that the "top" piece just sits in there. Which is good for changing the paper towel roll. But people don't know that and try to pick it up and the top comes out after you've picked it up and the towel holder drops back down tot the counter.

Perfect accessory for the kitchen!
I wanted something whimsical for my kitchen, and this pear paper towel holder (I got the one in rust) is the PERFECT way to do it! I liked how heavy the product was. The top stays intact every time I use it. I've had people ask me where to buy it.
If you're on the fence about buying this product...DO IT! You'll love it.

Paper towel holder was all I'd hoped for!
Ordered this paper towel holder over the phone, as the computer was acting up. Wasn't sure what the finish would look like, but the customer service representative contacted someone in the buying office and she explained in detail what I could expect. It's beautiful, good quality, just what I'd hoped for - arrived promptly (in time for Christmas) and was well packaged. The recipient of this gift was thoroughly pleased. Always a pleasure to purchase from Ballard!
