Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Look and quality not as expected, for the price.
Bookcases were packaged very well by the manufacturer. The color is more yellow-toned cream than pictured. Since it does consist of 3 separate pieces, considerable time and effort was spent trying to get all three pieces aligned and leveled to appear as one cohesive unit. (Ours were set up on hardwood floors).
By the time the leveling effort was complete, a piece had already broken off the back bottom of one of the bookcases. These are listed as crafted of wood and wood veneers, however, based on the broken area, these are pressed wood/particleboard and veneer. Not what was expected for the price.

Love them!
I wanted these bookcases for so long and finally splurged. They are beautiful and look great in my living room. They are sturdy and well-built. The shelves were easy to put in and are easily adjustable. Delivery was very simple-the guys removed the pkg and brought them in and set them up (no assy required). Mine are on carpet, so they aren't perfectly flush, but that is to be expected and it's not really that big of a deal to me, they still look great. They do have levelors on the bottom, so I imagine getting them level on hard flooring would be no problem. I'm so glad I finally got them!

Great size, great price
I searched every store imaginable and ordered these bookcases. They were the only ones I found big enough to fill a large wall. The color is a dark red-brown. There are beautiful details in the wood. There are adjustable feet on the bottom of each piece which was helpful because not all floors are even and we were able to adjust it properly so it was flush together. They are the best priced bookcases. The quality is solid. We are very happy.

The bookcases look fantastic.
My experience from start to finish was excellent. Upon arrivel the book caes were not scraped or damaged. They were installed quickly and easily and they fit together perfectly. Their color coordinates well with the other furniture in the room. They are sturdy and look expensive and really help to make the room look like a study, which is the look I was trying to achieve. I am happy that I bought them and would recommend them to anyone who is trying to achieve the same look.
