Standard Delivery Orders are shipped by standard ground and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together.
Threshold Delivery Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)
O/S (Oversized) Delivery Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

BEWARE! Nice fake candles but not for the outdoors!
I purchased these to go in our porch outdoor lanterns. I was really excited when I received them because they looked so nice. I put them in the lanterns and within a few hours they had started to melt. We live in the Pacific Northwest and it was only 63º. I would recommend these candles if you want to use them inside but definitely not outdoors. No where in the description did I find that they were not to be used outdoors. I accept some of the responsibility for this so will not return them. I will just try to remember to bring them inside during the day.

Great looking candles, but poor quality electronics!
Let me start by saying I love these candles, they do look very realistic and the flicker element glows as a real candle does. That said, the electronics on these is VERY, VERY poor quality. The timer function had gone out on 4 out of the 6 candles I have and in one of them, it started strobing like a strobe light. I've returned 4 of them at this point and am very dissappointed, in part because I do like their appearance very much. Going to try the remote control candles now and see if I have any better luck with them. At least if the timer goes out I still have the remote. Until they change vendors for these candles, I DO NOT recommend them.

love this product very much as everything i get from Ballard. would have been nice to include batteries with it. most flameless candles ive bought elsewhere come with batteries.

This product has great features.
The candles are very "realistic" in appearance, and the timer has definitely helped to prolong battery life.
