In-Home Delivery In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)

Candles were different colors.
I think the product is good, but was not happy with product control by Ballard. The description of the color was "Ivory" but they were not the same colors. Two were white and one was yellow. Ballard should be sure they match before sending. Very disappointed. Can't use them together. The concept of timed lighting is good and the size is good.

Timers on all six candles failed by two weeks of use
I bought two sets of three for difficult to reach locations because they had timers. Within three days the timers started to fail shutting the candles off. By two weeks of use all six timers had failed.
If you are buying them because of the timer feature, don't.
They are attractive, realistic looking but you will need to manually shut them off soon after purchase.

My new favorite hostess gift!
Just received 2 of these candles. Love that they take AA batteries instead of D ...I always have AA's on hand. Love the real wax on the outside. Love the timer...I'm order more right now. Holidays are coming...these will be this seasons hostess gift! My friends will love them and the price is so right. I've paid 3 times more in boutique stores.

Great look and effect, great price
I ordered these candles and another retailer's candles at the same time not knowing which I would like better in person. They were a gift for a client and she chose these over the more expensive option. The flicker and glow is realistic, not obnoxious. The timer options are perfect and the golden color is nice. The drips even look appropriate in my clients' new "old world" space. And no overwhelming scent. All good.

Very Versatile, My Flameless Candles
I love my new Flameless Candles. I used them during a backyard luncheon I recently had. I keep moving them to different locations in my home and have found they integrate class everywhere I place them. I'll just have to order more for Christmas!

Love these candles!
I wanted to add candles to my fireplace mantle but it was too close to the curtains (and it was risky for a fire). I just received the flameless candles and they look, feel and smell like a real candle! My package included all 3 candles (3 different sizes) and it’s well worth the price. One thing to note is each candle takes 4 AA batteries so be sure to stock up on batteries before you purchase the candles (as I thought they would take only 1 battery each). I will order more of these candles as a night light in another room.

BEWARE! Nice fake candles but not for the outdoors!
I purchased these to go in our porch outdoor lanterns. I was really excited when I received them because they looked so nice. I put them in the lanterns and within a few hours they had started to melt. We live in the Pacific Northwest and it was only 63º. I would recommend these candles if you want to use them inside but definitely not outdoors. No where in the description did I find that they were not to be used outdoors. I accept some of the responsibility for this so will not return them. I will just try to remember to bring them inside during the day.

The timer works get for a night light.
The candles are very realistic my 4 year loves it and as one in his room as a night light. If the electricity goes off at the house then my 4 year still has a light and he can carry it from room to room just like a real candle.
