Threshold Deliveries are made by standard truck, unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage or covered area of your choice.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home Deliveries are made by standard truck, placed inside your home wherever you like, inspected, and the packaging removed. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks from Ship Date for your order to arrive. An agent will call to schedule your delivery. (Not available in all states.)

Items that are heavy or bulky are subject to an Oversized Delivery surcharge. This charge is listed after the item price.

Great product but not the Same Size
The quality looks great and I was so so excited to hang them up but when I when to hang up the second panel it was way longer than the other. Both packages read 84" but they were off by a good 6 inches. I read that in other reviews but gave it a try, it happened to me to. Now I have them being hemmed. Figured it be less time than sending them back and waiting again. I also read about a lady who had problems keeping them from flying in the wind. I am going to sew offshore fishing weights to the bottoms to help with that issue.

this product really blocks the sun
in our Florida home we have a southwest exposure on the back of home. These curtains are used inside on two triple sliding glass doors. In the afternoon I close them and block out the hot sun from entering our great room. They noticable lower the temperature in the room. I used sand on the main portion of the doors and used the green on each end to add a little color to the room. I'm really glad I purchased these curtains!

Nicely made but a minor glitch
I purchased these panels as a decorative accent on my covered patio. Sunbrella is the best for the harsh AZ sun. Due to the odd number of grommets on each panel you end up having one open end of the panel face outward. I'm probably the only one who would even notice it but to me it just seems to be finished incorrectly. I have then swagged with a decorative tieback and they look nice.

The curtains can stand up to wind and rain!
The curtains have kept their lovely color despite the worst weather has thrown at us. The panels are not very wide, so we've had to use six of them to cover the space. Not having any weights in the bottom of them means they are regularly blown into six different panels, so they don't look as neat as I would have liked. Wider panels would be better options since the combined weight would better resist wind.

Good quality. But $$$$.
Love Ballard Designs, but this purchase was disappointing. As an Interior Designer, I try to purchase items for myself before recommending them to a client. I wanted black 108" outdoor panels and Ballard was the only option I could find that wasn't custom. In comparison to other catalogs that carry Sunbrella Outdoor Panels, they were pricey. I had ordered 118" sheers from another source for 1/4 the price and unfortunately, the lengths were different. (Ballard's were not 118" in length. They were 116".)

They look great!
The one issue is that the hems should be weighted because every day we have wind, they are blown like crazy. I've anchored the tie backs, but the curtains are blown right out of the tie backs because of their light weight.

Exactly as described
I installed these curtains on my back porch last fall and love them! They are perfect for blocking the sun but allow us to enjoy the breeze. No mold or mildew problems either! Great product:)

Worth the Money
I rarely write reviews, but took the time for this product. We had received a quote for custom outdoor Sunbrella curtains for our patio that was 3x the price of these panels. The price was so good that I was a little nervous about the quality. I'm completely satisfied with the color, the quality, the thickness and the grommets. These panels are definitely worth buying.

These Outdoor Curtains are great.
The curtains are excellent for outdoor use. They are heavy enough to withstand the weather but not too heavy that they seem overwhelming in the space. We are using them under a covered patio area on one open side of a room with a fireplace in it. They kept the heat in just enough to enjoy our fireplace a lot longer this last fall. They move easily on the rod to open and close. They weathered great over the winter. We would recommend this product to anyone.

Beautiful and practical
I am using six curtains on a west facing patio. They block the searing Arizona afternoon sun protecting my furniture. This also keeps the area from reflecting as much heat into the house. I use tiebacks to hold them overnight and thru the day and it looks just great. Gives the area a resort feel. I had concerns the cost would out weigh the benefits. They are well worth it. Made it thru the big duststorm that was in the news with flying colors. I would buy them again!!!!

The fabric and stitching are first rate... well constructed.

Problems at hem line
The fabric and finishing was nice, but I am totally disappointed because they are uneven on the bottom. These curtains are hung in an enclosed room that was previously a porch- i.e. lots of windows and there is not furniture in front of all the windows. It is very obvious that the curtains are uneven, "wavey" on the bottom, left side shorter than the right.

Love these curtians!
I love these curtians. I got the red and they are a beautiful rich color.
The only bad thing I can say is that they come packaged so that they have lines (wrinkles) that are hard to get out.

Perfect! Love the Spa color!
I bought two 50" wide x 96" panels for a 72" wide slider to the lanai for inside our bedroom, replacing the dreaded beige vertical blinds. Love, love, love them! Both panels were same length all the way across and same as each other; exactly 94" from top of the grommet to the bottom. (Note, full length for my panels is 95", not 96" as promised.) Hanging the rod brackets in the same screw holes that the vertical blinds had used made it easy, but the drapes end about 1.5" above the rug surface. I think I'll live with that large light gap, since moving the brackets down on the wall would be quite a project.

Outdoor Sunbrella Drapes
We ordered the taupe to help keep the afternoon sun out of our portico. We LOVE them. They have dressed up our downstairs covered patio and portico immensely. And they help keep the portico (which we use every afternoon) much cooler. They also help keep the rain out. I HIGHLY recommend these drapes and would order them again.

The Sunbrella drapes are a very good value.
I first purchased 3 *Spa* panels to use as drapes to hang from my patio overhead lattice work. They are about 2 years old and have been hanging year round. ... in Phoenix AZ summer sun and freezing winters. They are in VERY good condition still. I've recently decided to rig an awning using the drapes to create nice shade on the patio. I purchased 3 more panels about 2 weeks ago to replace the drapery that will now be used as awning. The *Spa* color is very soothing and cooling in the Phoenix summer.

Love the Sunbrella products
These outdoor curtains are one of the best investments I have made for the exterior of my home. They protect our 9' doorwall from the morning sun, keeping our home cool in the morning, and they look wonderful, adding an elegant touch to our patio area.
Being Sunbrella fabric, they are durable, beautiful and need virtually no care - I am looking forward to many years of use from them.

The look is great, the practial application, not so much.
One pair was not as "full" as I expected, therefore I had to
re-order another pair....also they were not "weighted" so I had to purchase some steel weights to keep them from blowing constantly.

Perfect product for my porch!
Used these curtains for my screened porch, look great. Light, swing in the breeze, yet reduces the sun's glare significantly. Living in the desert, the cocoa-linen stripes are aperfect complement to the outdoor scenery.

Product not satisfactory
Both outdoor curtains were not square. The sides were much shorter than the middle part of the curtain.
Consequently they do not hang straight at the bottom.

Good Product ---Wrong Size
I received my curtains in a timely manner and was pleased with color. It was a week before I was able to get them out to install on my patio. Both packages were labeled as being 84 inches long. After opening them one was actually 94 inches long and it stated that in the sewn in tag. I really didn't want to hassle with sending it back so I hemmed it myself. I was disappointed with the quality control that allowed the wrong size to be sent out. I have minimal sewing ability so was able to correct the situation without the hassle and wait of a return.

These drapes are awesome
I started out with just four of these on our outdoor covered porch. I use them to block the sun when it's setting so we can enjoy dining outside without the sun in our eyes. I've now added four more to balance out the look of our covered porch. I've had countless compliments on these drapes. Everyone loves them and they fulfill the purpose I intended them for. Love, love, love them!

outdoor stripe curtains
Ballard Designs delivered a great quality outdoor curtains. The color on web site was just as they looked when I received them for my front porch , and the length was perfect. I ordered the black and sand stripe. The porch faces the West and I wanted these for privacy and sun protection, since we had to have two shade trees cut down. They do as they say, UV protection and some cooling , during the temps of 106 degees this yr, I could definitely tell a difference when walking from the outside to my porch. The curtains make the porch feel like a cozy outdoor room. My Husband & I both just LOVE them, I may purchase another pair for the South side eventually. They look nice pulled together and apart. I pull mine to one side and use a tieback to hold in place when the wind becomes strong and the storms come in they stay in place. Adds beauty to functionality
Bought the indoor/outdoor curtains for our back patio to block the afternoon sun. I was concerned they would be pretty but not effective in blocking the sun. I was wrong. They are both. What a difference they make. I would recommend them to everybody. If I had one complaint it would be that they need to sell tiebacks in the same material.

Check both sides of Ring Grommets
The fabric is wonderful. The curtains hang nicely, a nice weight to them. The only dissatisfaction was that on two out of ten of the curtains we ordered, All of the ring grommets were missing a side. One side looking finished, and the other side concave as if they forgot to put a finish pieces on. All in all, based on the quality and my impatience (I didn't want to wait for a return/replacement on the two curtains) They are hanging beautifully!

Excellent curtains to block Texas western sun on my deck!
I purchased these lovely curtains to soften my deck's decor and mainly to block the west sun beating down on my deck every afternoon. I was not able to use the deck until I got these curtains. The material is light but sturdy and the colors are beautiful with the deck wood.

Perfect blocker with a decorative touch
Love these curtains they were exactly what I was looking for to block the sun onto my covered porch. I read other reviews before purchasing and several people mentioned that the lengths of the curtains were different even though they ordered all the same lengths which caused me some concern. I ordered 6 panels andyway and they all were the same length. They are made of good quality material and look very rich. I am very pleased and would recommend anyone to buy. They make our back deck look very nice.

well made
I had ordered the 95 " but after hanging needed the longer. I was able to return with no problems. These are well made, beautiful and fall wonderfully. They were a little pricey but was able to take advantage of discounts offered at the time.
